We had a bit of a mix up on the time of the meeting but this was due to the person doing the appointments.
Flavia explained the legal information in an easy to understand way, and was very friendly. She was always available if I emailed her with any questions I had.

The Wenup platform itself is very easy to navigate and a very good way to complete forms such as this.
Flavia Lamia was my chosen lawyer and she was very good, exploring the statements and making sure everything was correct. My partner's lawyer was a bit slow to the punch which prolonged the process. But overall with quick efficient lawyers there's no reason for it to be done in a very short time.

Very smooth process from start to finish. We will be using again for any amends and future edits. Toby started us off with a quick but detailed call about the process. Filling out the forms online was easy and simple to do when both having a log in to update our own individual sections + joint ones. After submitting wenup had a few clarifications and edits/iterations in preparation. Selecting a solicitor was again super simple via the portal. My solicitor (Flavia Lamia) was very thorough, incredibly strong clarity & her drafting skills were super impressive. To make the equity figures fair with appropriate percentages she took a break half way through the meeting with me to draft the wording there and then. She provided me the calculation she used & it was perfect. Super impressive and as a result we managed to get it all done in the hour followed by a final draft for my wife and I, which we are due to sign imminently. Thanks again Wenup and Flavia!!

Simple, straightforward, no fuss.

Wenup have set up their process really well. Although there are real people involved (we had video calls with members of their team as part of the process) they've done a great job of making most of the process really simple and web based, so there are very few points where you are waiting for something to happen. You go at your own pace, so the whole process can be turned around pretty much in line with however long you take to complete the information required.

Once everything is submitted, the team check things through and will ask questions, if required, to ensure your information is in a format that is ready to be passed over and reviewed by any of the panel of solicitors (you choose which one you want to use).

I chose Flavia Lamia, who knows exactly what she's talking about, explains everything really clearly and does a great job of ensuring clients understand what a pre-nup is in the UK, best practices and therefore exactly what you're signing up for.

So many people don't appear to realise that getting married is basically a financial agreement and we only really learn this the hard way. So, as unromantic as it may sound (financial agreements are rarely romantic, but that's what you're actually signing up to).

I would definitely recommend getting a pre-nup. Marriages fail at an alarming rate these days (about half) would you jump out of a plane if parachutes only opened half the time? A pre-nup is like a safety net below (assuming you do it properly). I sound like a right old cynic don't I haha! But the stats really do speak for themselves.

So if you're going to act sensibly and get one, definitely these guys!

Working with Wenup has been great. They delivered what they promised, the process was smooth, swift and much more affordable than the average out there. Also, being able to access lawyers from different firms straight from their platform, made everything even easier and stress free. We have used their service for our prenup, but I would use them again for our postnup indeed in case it were needed.

I used Flavia as my solicitor for my prenuptial agreement, and I was extremely impressed with her service. She was very thorough, ensuring every detail was clarified and clearly explained. Flavia was easily accessible, always replying to emails promptly, and she was honest and constructive with her feedback throughout the process. I would highly recommend Flavia to anyone in need of a solicitor for a prenuptial agreement or similar legal matters.

Overall the experience has been really impressive and we would recommend WeNup, with some minor notes of feedback.
We needed a Post Nuptial agreement setting up for a sensitive issue and I was quoted £3k for the document and £1500 for my husband to have his separate financial advice, so WeNup is so much more reasonable to get this completed.
We had the phone call initially which went through the process clearly and confirmed we wanted to use them. Then we signed up and you pay 50% at this time. The portal is super easy, you have multiple sections to complete (some together, some solo) and overall the questions are easy to understand. Once this is completed it’s emailed to a case handler and you can view a draft. It took a few days for the case handler to come back to us, which is no problem, and they can amend sections as you can’t after this point. I had forgotten an account to add and this was done by the case handler. Once you are happy with the draft you can then pick a lawyer - I used Flavia based on reviews and my husband chose Karen.
We needed the document completing ASAP and unfortunately Flavia was on holiday and so my meeting was roughly 2 weeks after this. Of course she is entitled to holiday but I would have picked a different person if I had known this when choosing (my husbands meeting was set up within days with Karen), not sure if there is a way to show if they are on holiday when booking? Both meetings went well, I do need to add though that Flavia had someone else’s document up initially which made the start confusing and didn’t fill me with confidence. However after this she was great and made sure to add extra wording to protect my funds and situation which I appreciated. We were both able to only have the one meeting to resolve everything so no further cost for us.
Just FYI for witnessing the document you are recommended for 2 different people to witness both signatures being signed at the same time - this can be tricky to organise, we ended up getting a solicitor to witness it and paying £20.
I would say the whole process took 5-6 weeks to sort which is still impressive but I had hoped it would be even quicker (we just had a time sensitive situation).
Hard to know at this stage whether the document is fit for purpose without actually divorcing but as far as the process goes it was relatively smooth and very cost efficient.
Lastly - there are a lot of reviews recommending Flavia, just for clarity she does ask for reviews at the end of the process and sends a link for this to be completed, in case anyone was wondering why there were so many.

Wenup have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. The fact that both parties can be managed by the same company during a prenup is a great idea. Each party is given the option of a panel of lawyers. I chose Flavia Lamia who was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with throughout - I would highly recommend Flavia to anyone.
