The service has been amazing and fast from start to finish. We had a free initial consultation with James before signing up which was helpful, and then Maria assisted us with drawing up the agreement. We found the process clear and straightforward. My solicitor Karen was fantastic - I couldn't fault my experience with her. My partner's solicitor wasn't as responsive though.

We recently used Wenup. Overall, I'm positive about the service and would recommend to others. The team has been super responsive, accountable, and open to feedback. Although the platform/software could definitely improve, they were flexible to make everything go as smoothly as they can.

As for the lawyers: my partner used Karen Weiner, which she was very positive about. She highly recommends her.

I used Corinne Parke, but unfortunately I do not recommend working with her. Although she is experienced and was easy to talk to, there were several issues that drove me to this conclusion:

1) Her follow-up hourly rate is higher than her initial rate. Although she was transparent about it, I think it's still somewhat misleading.
2) Just 8 minutes before our call, she asked to postpone it -- given her hourly rate, I think it's unprofessional (I'd expect her to mitigate this somehow)
3) After our call, she hasn't followed up for almost a week. When I sent a message, there was still no response. When I did the second follow up (with Wenup cc'ed) the next day, she only then replied.
4) In our second call, she came unprepared for a particularly important topic, saying she needs to think about it (which was what she said in the first call too, which had happened a week earlier)
5) When she sent the bill, there was one part that was definitely overcharged (when I did raise this, she removed this extra charge). For the other parts, in my opinion, she spent more time than needed (I base that on what my partner's lawyer charged and spent, which are *much* lower), especially considering that I decided to prepare most clauses to update the contract, and she used them pretty much as is (which is absolutely fine).
