Very pleased with the product
Very pleased with the product, only downside was it wasn’t delivered as promised and I had to collect as it was a Christmas present

Antwoord van West Country Blacksmiths
Thank you for your feedback Mrs Rooke.
As you are aware, we did try to deliver this in person as the order was close to Christmas, but the metalworker who lives in the same village could not find your property.
We spoke and you offered to collect this order. If you were not 100% happy to collect this we would have happily posted this to you or made arrangements to attempt a redelivery. We are really sorry that you felt that you didn't receive a five star service which we work tirelessly to achieve.
Reviews are so important to small businesses like ours and although we very much appreciate the 4 star review, if you would reconsider increasing this review to 5 stars we would be very grateful.
Daffodil Days
I wanted a different wedding anniversary present and came across West Country Blacksmiths forged daffodils.A beautifully made unique item which was much appreciated by my other half (a horticulturist, so it had to be right )

Great service
The fire pit we ordered was really well made and very sturdy. It works brilliantly and holds plenty of wood for maximum warmth. It was made really quickly and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be ordering other items when we need them.

Fantastic craftsmanship and customer service.
Placed an order early in December and received a phone call the following evening to check the name on a personalised item and to confirm that all the items ordered would be made and dispatched in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service. The items were superb, you can’t beat hand made. Given as presents and were very well received on the day, still talking about them a couple of months later. Recommended.

Excellent craftsmanship
Excellent craftsmanship, gate and railing well suited to the location. Installation was top notch as well, right down to the fixings used. At the end of the day we got value for money when taking into consideration the quality.
