I ordered one topper but there website froze on me when my amex was put in. I tried it again and it went. I saw my charges and it registered as 2 orders. I called and tried to stop one. They said I could just return it. They are refusing ito let me return it as they said i bought it through shopify. NEVER HAVE I SPENT SO MUCH TIME OR EFFORT. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

I have tried to return 2 items with over 10 emails and no response - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a king size mattress cover and was sent a twin size. I contacted the company three times and they have never responded to my request to exchange this item. I paid $239 for it and now I’m stuck with that money. I’m gonna try to call my credit card company and dispute the charges and expensive lesson learned.

I ordered a queen sized mattress topper from West Month. I decided to cancel it 15 minutes after I ordered it. I tried to use the Contact Page, but my email never was accepted. It kept saying "error." I tried to respond to my email confirmation and cancel it before it shipped, but nothing happened. I'm going to eventually receive a product I don't want. I tried everything to cancel my order after 15 minutes but got nowhere. I understand that they don't reply to any customer service emails, and there's no phone number to contact them. It's a scam. You have to pay to return the product to AUSTRALIA, and even then they refuse to refund the money you paid. Your only recourse is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. I intend to do that. Don't buy from this company.

I accidentally ordered two king mattress toppers instead of one king and one queen ($239.99 and $219.99, $459.98 total, order #64659). I contacted customer service and was told by a rep named Clara that I'd be refunded for the second topper. I paid $148.50 out of pocket to ship it back to Australia — money I expected to lose since the mistake was mine.
The package was delivered back to them on May 26th, confirmed by tracking. It's now been nearly 3 months and I still haven't received the refund I was told I'd get.
I'm not upset about the return shipping cost — that's on me. I'm upset that a company rep confirmed a refund and then went silent for months while holding both the topper and my money. If you order from Westmonth, be aware that promised refunds can stall indefinitely, even after they've received the returned item.

I would not recommend buying from West Month.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is terrible, and their return policy is practically nonexistent. Despite receiving a comforter in the wrong size, I am still struggling to get the company to process my return.

To make matters worse, the product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The quality and appearance were very different from the photos and descriptions on their website, which I found to be misleading and deceptive.

If you're considering purchasing from this company, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, it's not worth the risk if you receive the wrong item or need to make a return.

Worst customer service. Worst matress topper. First off it is a glorified mattress protector and it makes you so hot!
Secondly, I have emailed multiple times and tried calling to have 0 responses. So of course I am past the 30 day return mark!! They are absolutely horrible and the topper is terrible. Nothing at all what they claim it to be.
Big red flag when customer service doesn't respond!

I ordered a mattress topper. It came in the wrong size. Maybe I ordered the wrong size, maybe they sent the wrong size. I contacted them. They gave me a return address. I paid $100 to return it. They refused to accept it and returned to sender. No response to subsequent email. Do not order from them!

Very strange to me that everyone’s experience is the same that this is an extortion ring and then one “customer” pops up with a glowing review. This company is a scam racket abd the product is worth almost nothing. I lost big bucks with no recourse. If they were citizens they would be in jail now. Thats where this scam company deserves to be.

I have tried a few other mattress toppers in the past, but I finally found one that allows me to get a restful sleep. Before this I would toss and turn throughout the night just to accommodate my hip pain. I will be recommending 1000GSM topper to all of my friends. I wish they would make a travel size, because I will miss sleeping in my bed once I go on vacation!

As an update.. I did everything I could to actually share my review on the company site.. they have it set up so I can't submit the review and it only allows me to "get help".. A 4.7 star review they absolutely do not have should be adjusted based on actual consumer reviews and not whatever they are posting.
Please never buy from this company. It won't be a company anymore in two years and they are just extorting people that look at social media

The product they advertise is NOT as it appears and no difference in comfort when you slip into bed expecting more! I did get a response but they wanted me to absorb the cost of shipping to send to some no name address overseas! Not happy!

Although their website had a picture of mattress pad with the words “100% organic cotton”, it is 100% polyester. Buyer beware.

I wish there was a way to give no stars. Product not as advertised, no customer service, when refund requested I was ghosted. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake

If I could give them a zero I would. No density as advertised, no ability to return and all polyester. Total scam. Needs to be shut down.

I also tried to return the topper. I have sent at least four messages and have received no response at all.
There is no other way to contact them. There is another company called “Usewestcloud”which is good.
Wonder how they say they have so many good reviews… they don’t even let you leave a review.
I will contact my CC and ask for a chargeback.

As with many of the other reviews, I feel I’ve been scammed. I ordered the King topper yesterday and after reading reviews I immediately emailed to cancel the order (should’ve read reviews first). Their advertising swept me in.

I’ve sent numerous emails to several of their addresses and no response. There is no phone number. One of the emails came back as undeliverable. Credit card has been charged. All red flags.
I’ve already notified my credit card company and Westmonth that I’ll disputing this charge.

UPDATE: I used my Apple Card for this purchase. They immediately refunded in 2 days!
