Shoes are from Shein, they sell it for 3x higher price and decieving customers

So I found page "Weston&Finch", showing great discounts and beautiful boots, I thought I can try. Boots I bought on 50% discount with taxes &shipping cost 84$. I paid priority shipping, but I was suspicious when I saw tracking number Yun. I send them email after 2 weeks where is my order cause it took longer then "priority". They answer it should be soon. Today I went into my post to pick up my shoe box! Except there was no box, only small bag, and seller on adress was Shein! I was shocked, I went on Shein page and found exactly the same boots for 25e- 17e after coupon. I WAS PISSED I was tricked by this!

No refund just, heartache

I saw the boots online and ordered them right away. It took several weeks to receive the boots. Then the boots were too small. I tried on three occasions to return with a full refund. They were not having it . They offered 40% discount on an exchange and to keep the original, BUT NO REFUND! I am now skeptical of online ordering. I will make sure to read the return policy before I push submit order!

No quieren devolverme el dinero

Tras recibir mi pedido (con bastante retraso) pude comprobar que la talla era errónea (más pequeña de lo que indicaba su guía de tallas).Dos días más tarde comuniqué el problema y solicité el reembolso del dinero. Llevo varios mails intercambiados con su servicio de atención y no quieren devolverme el dinero. Me dan opciones como el reembolso de un 20% pero NO la devolución del producto y el reembolso del dinero.

Prices were fine. Shipping took a while. I ordered my regular size shoe but is way too small. I threw away the packaging so I can't return them.

This is a scam website they copy only…

This is a scam website they copy only from the original design. When you receive your order you will not be satisfied because of the poor material and really looks cheap.. Delivery is longer it takes a month before you received your package and not come with box but plastic only. Is not worthy and wasting money only ..

Bad Product

I received my order, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I requested assistance with a refund and return, but the responses I got were disappointing. They offered me 20% and 40% refunds if I kept the boots, which I declined. It wasn't until the third response that they offered me a 100% credit, but I still declined because I didn't want to make another purchase from the company.

Here's my frustrating experience: I spent $15 on a tracking number for a returned package, only to have USPS claim the address was invalid. While I did get a $59.99 refund from Weston & Finch, they did not refund me the tax, shipping, or my tracking expenses.

Bad quality - awful customer service

I received shoes from that company : everything comes from China. The size (and quality) was not correct (I ordered 45, and it was too small - probably 43), and I started to communicate with that company : after a lot of emails (I just wanted to return the shoes and be refunded), they finally agreed to follow their return policy, and asked me to return the shoes (at my expense - even if they do not care about the product,s since they offered me to keep them and give me other products for 100% of my buy) to the US, where there is nothing : the company in charge of customer management and return is located in the Netherlands : they just wanted me to forget my money. Of course I will not let them proceed like that. Avoid that company, they are really not serious !

W&F only wants the money, whether or not you get your order.

I ordered a pair of sneakers. Two weeks later, the delivery company Weston & Finch appear to partner with left my shoes outside of my building on the sidewalk where they were stolen. W&F sided with the delivery company's position that the package had been delivered based on a photo from the delivery driver that plainly shows the package on the sidewalk outside of the door to my building, including a reflection in the door of the driver standing outside. They did not use the intercom to be buzzed into the building to complete delivery, but rather carelessly left the package outside to be stolen. W&F did not credit me or replace the stolen package. Terrible customer service interaction with repetitive requests for to show what was wrong with the shoes. They're not here, that's the whole problem.

Poor quality and not honoring return/refund policy.

Drop shipping products from China. Ordered an adult XL jacket, they delivered a XXXL. However, when I tried on the jacket, it was closer to an adult M. They claim to offer refunds but they attempt to give you discount on future products or partial refund. I would steer clear of this company.
