Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! Bought shoes and they were faulty/ damaged and the wrong size! Would not accept responsibility. Rather than giving me a refund they wanted me to return them at MY cost for a refund. Was not worth it as postage would have been half of what they cost! When google the brand of the actual shoes sent TEMU product came up! Such a scam AVOID!!

AVOID - size refund issues AVOID

The quality of the coats is shocking not to mention the sizing issues. I thought their sizing chart was off. I'm a 44 inch chest and according to sizing chart that's xxxxl .
These were at least 2 sizes too small🙄
I requested a return and full refund. Let's see how that goes!

Update offered 50% refund after refusing ridiculous offer of 20% and said keep items or donate them to charity. This is hardly a great solution or return/send to US warehouse so I have pay postage and customs for sending. This is strange as Item did not come from the USA so I can deduct this tactic to deter you returning looking for a full refund. Disgraceful disgusting practices. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had the same experience as the other…

I had the same experience as the other Michael who wrote a review. My shoes took forever to get to me. They were of poor quality and when I returned them to a shipping place in Abilene they were returned. They finally returned my money but I was out the $22 shipping for the return. I actually called the business that I returned the shoes to and they said there was a delivery box there a while back but it had been closed for some time. Avoid business with this company!

The situation you described with the Abilene return location should not have occurred. We recently transitioned to a new return facility, and it appears your package was sent during that changeover period. This caused some returns to be rejected unintentionally, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.

This company is awful . . . but they made it right in the end.

This company is awful. I ordered shoes that were supposed to be 12.5. They are obviously made in a very foreign county because they took over 4 weeks to arrive. While they size did say 12.5, they were more like a size 9 or 10. When I returned them, I followed their instructions, mailed them back and they rejected the UPS shipment. They're now telling me I need to ship them back, again, at my own expense. Avoid this company at all costs.

Update on 12/3: When I reached out to the support team and explained the situation, they did issue me a full refund. I upgraded my review to a 3 star, as a result.

Poor Quality and Poor Service

Arrived 20 day later than promised. Incorrect size and very poor quality shoes. Also, arrived in a overly taped up plastic bag. Customer service responds slowly and without any detail. Awful service and quality of product.
