By my plumber’s suggestion…I ordered a shower tray and kit for a shower room. Simple task. And it was. My confusion was asking for payment first. Got a code. Then asked for the rest of the information. Then came to payment again? Confused. Followed through with it. Not sure if I paid twice, I called. I was told only one went through. Like this review…a bunch of unnecessary worry…so far, for what was a very simple transaction. Actually, just dropped it to 3 for the continued hassle reviewing my initial hassle. Oh delivery was on time as was stated. Reminds me to check again if I paid twice.

Antwoord van www.wetrooms-online.com
Hi Gary,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of Wetrooms Online.
I'm understanding that you encountered some complication during checkout, and believe you may have paid twice?
Having checked your transaction I can only see a single, successful payment attempt. No second payment has been made.
If you believe this to be incorrect please contact your card issuer, as we have only received a single payment.
With regard to the actual payment process, and the requesting of verification codes etc (3D Secure), this again is down to the card issuer requesting the extra security verification and is not in the control of Wetrooms Online.
If we can assist any further with your enquiries with your card issuer please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yours Sincerely,
Mathew Whiteley

Excellent company!
I found this company from Google when searching for wetroom products online. I found the website very easy to navigate and a vast range of products I was looking for at competitive prices. Before ordering I looked at previous customer experiences here on trust pilot and I got the same experience as all the other positive reviewers. I ordered Tuesday evening and delivered Thursday morning. I got a delivery confirmation phone call from the company Wednesday to confirm they will deliver on the date I received it and thanking me for my order. Very pleasant and professional customer service. Thank you for the excellent service and I will use you again in the future and recommend you without hesitation.
