Excellent and prompt work and great advice
I needed my lock cylinder replaced and some general door maintenance as the handle was playing up. I received a response for my request for quote the same day, was given answers to all my questions and an appointment was arranged for the next day. At the appointment Thomas provided me with very helpful advice which allowed me to pick the right cylinder security level for me. He was also able to quickly diagnose the issue with my door which was not an obvious one at all. He worked very efficiently with minimal disruption to my day. All in all 5 star service, would recommend and use again!

Very positive experience with Thomas and WG Locksmiths. Very prompt appointment, quick to identify issue and fix for us. Went the extra mile resolving an issue with door misalignment that he didn't need to sort. Very friendly, would recommend and use again.

Thomas door repair in Gipsy Hill
Thomas was called to my flat to sort a door issue. He was very quick to diagnose the issue and start to work on it. The repair was swiftly done and am very happy with the results. I will definitely use him again if I ever needed him. I would definitely recommend him.

Quick, reliable, local
I’ve had to contact WG locksmiths twice recently and both times they’ve been really responsive and available to rectify the issues I’ve had with my lock. They quoted me in full (so no surprises with the final bill) and it’s been such good peace of mind to have a one year warranty on their work, so the second time they came it everything was covered. Would recommend!
