This would have been 5 stars except that I wasn't given any kind of tracking, or any notice that it was on its way, in order to be sure I was there for the delivery. Other than that, the service was fast and the product was boxed well for the shipping. Price was lower than elsewhere, too.

We had excellent customer service on the phone helping us make the correct choice for a shredder. Our representative told us he would call us back with information that we requested and that's exactly what he did. It's rare to find good customer service and we appreciated it very much!

Item was received as ordered in good condition. I expected a 3 to 4 day delivery but ended up receiving the item 1 day after the order was submitted. Great company to work with.

Truly fantastic service. Not only was the price significantly lower than the competitors, but I even received a phone call from a kind representative to confirm that my address was correct.

After I ordered my 2 paper cutters, Abraham called me from Whitaker Brothers to confirm my purchase. I had ordered 2 different sizes. He was very nice and easy to talk to.

Ordered a Shredder on Thursday, 5/14. Received an almost instant phone call from a live person wanting clarification on my receiving capabilities. Then a confirmation email.
Saturday, 5/16 received shredder which works great. PS; price was about 10% less than Amazon Prime.

A HAPPY CUSTOMER who will use Whitaker Bothers again and recommend to my associates.

The sales department (Kyle) was great in helping me choose the right cutter for our business. I communicated both through email and also called him direct to answer a few questions in order to get it right for both our budget and quality. Ordered a shredder for a birthday present. After a couple of weeks I called because I hadn't heard anything. Left a message for Abraham. He never called me back. A week later I called again. The girl that answered the phone transferred me to Wanda. She looked up my order and said it had just shipped. She sent me the tracking a while later. Thank You Wanda. Would feel anyone would recieve better service elsewhere.
