I was a victim of a scam where the scammed was posing as a company with a job posting i applied for. I reached out to customer service and explained my situation. Tom was the agent that assisted me in this matter. He was compassionate and understanding. Tom was able to refund my money and canceled my membership.

I was being scammed and paying for credit reports. Then after three, I was like, this is a scam. Because they wanted me to not be on my wifi and run on my mobile service. Then a page pulled up saying if this os for a rental, this is a scam. This company had helped and refunded my money. I am so grateful.

I fell for a scammer who posed as a landlord. Part of the so-called application process included getting a background check from WhiteBridge.ai, which I paid for. (The scammer told me he would refund any costs whether I rented the house or not.) Long story, short, I caught onto the scam and wrote to WhiteBridge.ai asking for a refund. To my amazement, I received a quick, professional, and caring reply from Tom at the Help section. I am truly grateful for his assistance in cancelling the subscription and processing the refund. After falling for the scam, I felt very down. Tom's actions and words gave me a huge lift. Great customer service!

I've tested it for one month, but forgot to cancel my renewal, so they charge me. I wrote an email, kindly asking them a refund, and reply to my email literally one minute later according to gmail! And got at the same time the refund confirmation from PayPal!

Although the service was a bit expensive it did do the job and everything was compiled. Unfortunately whitebridge was used as a tool in a phishing scam unbeknownst to me and so I had to contact customer service. Tom was on top of it all and even helped me with opting out since I was in fear of my condensed data being used for a possible identity fraud of some sort .
