7/6/26 Tried to cancel...GHOSTED!
8/3/26 RESOLVED! After 3 weeks of ghosting, they finally responded after posting this review. They provided the refund. I initially gave them a 1-star review but have now changed it to 3 stars. While they were able to resolve the issue, it took way too much time and effort on my part following through.
7/6/26 I canceled my subscription within the 30 day money back guarantee time period. I immediately got a response back and was told they couldn't locate my subscription matching my email. I sent them a copy of the charge that was made to my credit card. I received confirmation that they would look into it and get back to me.
6/8/26 They emailed me asking for a copy of the invoice, which I never received. They replied "No problem at all — don't worry about the invoice."
6/15 and 6/23/26 - I emailed them twice to follow up and they have ghosted me. No response whatsoever.
6/27/26 - Received a second charge on my credit card from them!

While it didnt work for me and the findings were a bit disappointing so when I asked for a refund from them they gave me money back and the customer service was top tier if you ever try it please keep in mind sometimes it won't be what you are expecting and before you leave a review please try and reach customer support for a refund thank you tom for the support

Legit, but more than the surface value.
This service works, but be prepared to spend money to get what you want even after the initial purchase. Apparently it helps if you have personal information for a background check, which kind of defeats to purpose in my opinion. Overall it legit, just with a few strings attached.
