Can't getting a tracking number,,item never been processed or shipped,,should of read reviews first,,paypal let's me know it's a scam

I ordered two rompers and I never receive my package what’s going on with my delivery I never received nothing no email or nothing

I purchased a Barbie jogger on January 31,2025 and believe me when I say it is not true to size I order a medium and it fits like a Xlarge and not to mention the material is not what it looks like online. I have been in contact with the company with an Alisa who keeps saying the same thing regarding measurements that she is asking me to take, and that still does not guarantee my refund! The bottom line regardless of the customers unsatisfaction they will not honor a refund, shopping with this company has taught me a valuable lesson please research these companies that are out of the country and the reviews, I am definitely done with the out of country over seas shopping!!!!

This is an amazing site to get all types of hip and trendy styles at a reasonable and affordable prices. I fi d myself checking the site as I purge out old styles with something nicer for the upcoming year. Customer service is also top notch. Received my order 3 days early Was very pleased with the quality of the clothing sizing was a lil off but easy fix site has really nice outfits only problem the shipping is more than the cost of the clothes...but still happy with my purchase..

I am so glad that I came to the comments before spending my money! I noticed that it kept sending me back to paypal to pay when I was inserting my card info. I kept selecting debit/credit and it kept taking me to paypal so I decided not to order, I decided to look up the reviews. They have been sending me email after email since I did not order! Definitely a SCAMMMMMM

My intention was to place a one time order to review a few of their silk kimonos/cardigans . I never received that order it showed delivered. I immediately reach out to them to explained it were not delivered to my address. They said ok it was returned to them due to issues with my address. I had to pay again for shipping to have the items shipped back to me a 2nd time. Only 4 items came instead of 6, 2 were sold out which they gave credit for but no refund. I placed my last order on 2/15/24 I had to reach out to them 3/14/24 a month later to ask what's going on with my order at this point again 1 item were out of stock again & they shipped it out on 3/15/24 with one item short. I don't want to deal with this company anymore.

This is a Scam!!!! This whole site is a scam everyone who made a good review are fake people that work for them they never shipped my items everyone talks to the same person FAYE he is a scammer

I made my first purchase the second week of february and Faye was great at communicating with what was not in stock. I do believe that my order would have been here sooner specially because it only took two days for me to receive my order. Now im waiting on the second on to come in love the product as well.

I ordered from this website and completed payment on 2nd February 2024 a month later nothing has been processed. I have requested a refund and I'm awaiting a response from them. Not a good site to do business with.
