Can't getting a tracking number,,item never been processed or shipped,,should of read reviews first,,paypal let's me know it's a scam

SHIPPING SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I CONTACTED THE numbers listed on the site because the radial to change the shipping option was greyed out. My order was $155 with a coupon and $177 without the coupon. Either with or without, the shipping was $177- HOW TF IS THAT POSSIBLE???? so i contacted the people by WhatsApp and also by email. Someone responded the same day but they were adamant about the shipping. This is FALSE adverticement. They have items listed at $7, $4 and even $1.99 but the shipping is 3-5x more than what you are ordering. at this point it's better to ship where the retailers offer free shipping with slightly higher prices. Wholesale21 is a scam. This would have been my 2nd order. I'm still waiting on the first order.
There website says it's 3 options for shipping but that is a lie. There was only 1 option- EXPEDITED which is a joke and a scam because they have a disclaimer in there about flights being delayed due to COVID. if that's the case, how are they charging for expedited shipping? I want them shut down for taking people money underhandedly. I give them ZERO 00000 STARS

A terrible place to order from
A terrible place to order from. They cheat with the postage. I ordered 2 dresses with flat rate shipping and the cost of the shipping is more than the item. They calculate the shipping for each item. I received just one dress. They said that they sent to me with expedited shipping which cost 38 US dollars ( for the dress which costs 11 dolars ) and they didn`t knew that they can not send with flat rate shiping. I am not shure if they sent expedited as they say or flat.They should have informed me about this before sending and ask me if I still want the order or want to cancell. After a lot of writing I received refund for the other dress, but not for the shipping. I wouldn`t give even one star.
