The chocolates taste is bad and packing is not at all good.

Great product variety at good prices. I bought some party items for an event, and the quality was better than I expected. The delivery process was really easy, and everything arrived perfectly packed and on time. I used a discount offered on the website as it was my first purchase. Definitely, I will be buying again.

Everyone is wrong. Bought costumes in Peterborough lady said the size would fit. That was a lie. My husband couldn’t even get it over his forearm. Tried to return the costume at 2 different locations and they don’t do returns. Party city is a company that is a scam. Never again will I waste my time with your company. So much for being Canadian

Pathetic, over priced products and the worst customer service ever. They provide misleading information on their website and if questioned,they start shouting at the customers. The same products you get at a 80% cheaper rate outside.

They have absolutely no return or refund policy and if you raise an issue, they say it's not possible that there could be an issue with their products.

Ridiculously horrible. They start showing their frustration on the customers if they are not able to handle the issues or just don't want to understand.

Won't recommend this company to anyone.

I put in 3 large orders. It was a disaster trying to communicate with a human to get the taxes removed and then reimbursed for the missing items. It took about 6 weeks.

We were able to find materials here that we could not find at any other store/marketplace. Great prices and quick shipping. No complaints.

Print your patterns correctly. None of the items I order were printed correctly. everything was out of line. Don't even ship it if it's not done right.

There is absolutely NO customer service. My order was not complete. I tried their online form, no response, I tried two phone numbers -- both went to busy signals, I tried Facebook messenger and only got a generic reply. I do not know if my order will be fulfilled.

Super cheap compared to EVERYWHERE else. Delivered quickly and the plates are super cute

Mailed my items with NO PROTECTION wrapping or bubbles packing. Items arrived damaged/chipped. Return policy states there is a restocking fee and customers are charged for shipping. No answer to the phone service. TERRIBLE COMPANY and SERVICE. CHEAP ITEMS. Same as dollar tree. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I want a full refund to include the shipping I paid. I’ve been trying to contact for 2 weeks. I also have pictures. 3 small items shipped in a HUGE box. It’s obvious they don’t care. This is my 2nd time attempting to contact via email or customer service and again have tried calling every day within the last week and upon receiving my items. ANNOYED
