Wasted my money on two gift cards
Wasted my money on two gift cards, both having the spotify logo as one of the redeemable options on the front package. I then activate my card, lo and behold, no spotify option, only restaurants and golf gift cards. For both cards, a $20 and a $30 card. Now I'm stuck with the free spotify for now because I was dumb enough to get scammed by this stupid company.

This is a great way of giving a gift cards, lately there has been a wave of gift cards not working or the $ is gone. but by doing it this way it's makes it more secure. I also truly appreciate that the balance does NOT expire, I received my card a little over a year ago, I had actually forgotten about it. The only thing is that I wish it would be explained better, I tried to used this card at 2 different in store places and 2 online stores... it wasn't until I read the fine print, so if it could be explained a little better it would be great.

Zillins gifts is a fraud
Zillins gifts is a fraud. It took two phone calls- receiving a duplicate card - very few choices- totally NOT as described on the card. They wanted me to call the personwho gave me my card… it was awful!

Spotify Shown on Packaging but Not Available
My daughter used her own hard-earned money to purchase a Zillions gift card because the packaging clearly showed Spotify as one of the services it could be used for. Her only reason for buying the card was to renew her Spotify subscription.
She followed all of the instructions and went to the Zillions website to redeem the card, only to find that Spotify was not even an available option. It is extremely frustrating that Spotify is displayed on the packaging but isn’t actually offered during redemption.
She then called Zillions customer service and waited on hold for 40 minutes. When someone finally answered, the representative was not helpful and simply told her there was nothing they could do and that she should return the card to Safeway.
We took the gift card back to Safeway with the original receipt, only to be told that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We were sent back and forth with no resolution.
My daughter is now stuck with a gift card she never wanted for any other purpose. She is upset and disappointed because she relied on what was advertised on the packaging when she made her purchase.
This was a very frustrating experience from beginning to end. The packaging should accurately reflect the redemption options that are actually available, and customer service should do more to help customers when there is a problem. I would not recommend purchasing this gift card until the packaging and redemption options are consistent
