Spotify Shown on Packaging but Not Available
My daughter used her own hard-earned money to purchase a Zillions gift card because the packaging clearly showed Spotify as one of the services it could be used for. Her only reason for buying the card was to renew her Spotify subscription.
She followed all of the instructions and went to the Zillions website to redeem the card, only to find that Spotify was not even an available option. It is extremely frustrating that Spotify is displayed on the packaging but isn’t actually offered during redemption.
She then called Zillions customer service and waited on hold for 40 minutes. When someone finally answered, the representative was not helpful and simply told her there was nothing they could do and that she should return the card to Safeway.
We took the gift card back to Safeway with the original receipt, only to be told that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We were sent back and forth with no resolution.
My daughter is now stuck with a gift card she never wanted for any other purpose. She is upset and disappointed because she relied on what was advertised on the packaging when she made her purchase.
This was a very frustrating experience from beginning to end. The packaging should accurately reflect the redemption options that are actually available, and customer service should do more to help customers when there is a problem. I would not recommend purchasing this gift card until the packaging and redemption options are consistent

Why does this exist...? I mean, im supposed to but the card, redeem it, then email the eGift to the recipient? Can't i just do that from the brand website itself? Is this a gift so you can gift it to someone so they can give a gift to someone else??? it worked fine, just dont understand it at all.

Deceptive marketing
My mom purchased this gift card for me because there was an amazon logo on it and she knows I prefer amazon gift cards for my birthday. Then I logged in and saw there was no amazon available. This is deceptive marketing and it is NOT ok.
**after reading the reply, this company continues to deceive. I did sort alphabetically and any other way I could, and Amazon was not available in the list of companies, unless they literally just added it back today.

Card locks you out for redemption if you use an email it doesn’t like.
Called customer service and they said card would be unlocked in 24-48 hours. It wasn’t. Five days later they told me wait another 24 hours. Two days later, it’s still locked.
ZillionsGift is a SCAM and their interface is rigged to lock out many users on purpose. DO NOT PURCHASE, especially as a gift to others.
I will be reposting this as long as they continue to steal my money and offer false claims of resolution. Can’t wait to see the no reply or bot reply to this review from ZillionsGift. That will tell you all you need to know from this fraudulent company.
