WiFi Heros Reviews

Good service. Installation of the cabling was done to try and conceal the wires as much as possible and that was appreciated

Had issues with WIFI connections in my house and no WIFI at all in my annexe. Very impressed with this company. Great communication during the process. Installation by Matt was superb. Talked me through what he was doing and went the extra mile in checking all my TVs etc where working correctly when we had finished. Highly recommended

They were totally professional, turned up on time and did a great job
Ash was a real star

A brilliant service from first point of call to installation. Matt installed a broadband extender to our summer house, some 200 feet from the main house. He arrived on time and worked diligently to ensure we had super fast speeds and all the cables were tacked nicely hidden through hedges and trees. He run through everything before leaving.
Well done guys.

An unbelievably amazing service provided. Systems went down at our restaurant/pub in the country side, couldn’t take calls, take payments, take orders or send them through to the kitchen through our system
WiFi Heros not only stood by the phone waiting for updates while I shuttled to and from from the premises to call them as I had no signal, they talked me through how to get the systems back on and working without sending an engineer out which they were more than willing to dispatch
Can not talk any higher of their services !!!

WiFi heroes have lived up to their name - now have excellent WiFi throughout the house. Their engineer Matt was very helpful and answered all my queries and gave good advice on service positioning etc. def recommend

Incredibly quick to respond, fair price for labor versus hardware, and excellent quick install. House has amazing coverage now.

Five star for a five star service, Steven was great. So knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I have waited a few weeks before writing the review, just to check the excellent work of the Hero’s team.
Installation was great - the cabling is tidy, the wiring into the garden office is protected and the mesh systems are well disguised.
The results are stable and super fast WiFi throughout the house. As our house includes the garden office and three stories with plenty of steel in the ceilings, this is a new experience! This holds up with four people working from home.
Well worth the investment and thanks to the Hero’s for a great job!

Did exactly as promised from start to finish. Ash & Steve didn't just look for easy options and made sure we were happy. Took time at the end of the job to ensure everything was up and running - when there was an issue with intercom made sure it was resolved before the guys left. Don't normally write reviews but definitely deserved on this occasion.

Matt just upgraded and improved our home WiFi network, replacing our old WAPs and installing an additional new WAP. We now have full gigabit ethernet in all areas of our 2-story, 4-bedroom house and garden. He also investigated and fixed a fault with the network cabling to our garden shed/office that previous installers had missed. Matt clearly explained everything he did, and his work was professional and meticulous.

These guys were great. So knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended
Explained the issue and was provided with a solution that was cost effective
Work carried out efficiently and politely
Highly recommended service

Fantastic service from Matt. Explained everything that had been done. From the first point of contact with this company to the end, was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Firstly I would like to compliment the installer, Matt
Matt arrived on time, was very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. Matt explained to me exactly what he would do and worked very tidily. Matt is professional, and within a very short time of arriving knew the most efficient method of cabling the wiring to be less evasive in the home.
The whole installation was completed within 60 minutes.
A very well organised Company and would have no hesitation in recommending WIFI Heros to family, friends and work colleagues.

Firstly I would like to compliment the installer, Matt
Matt arrived on time, was polite, friendly and efficient. Matt explained to me exactly what he would do and worked very tidily
The whole installation was completed within 45 minutes
When I expressed my surprise at how swiftly it was completed Matt explained that he had not needed to run any cabling as this was already in place and all he had to do was check the connections and install the WiFi extender.
I did email to request a review and detailed breakdown of the cost of the job however I have not yet received a response

Steven & Anthony Just installed the complete WiFi experience for us during a cold and windy day, every room of my 6 bed now has full signal. Zero fuss, zero mess. Max recommendation from me - thanks guys!

Really quick to respond to my initial enquiry (outside office hours) and visited within a week. Set up a mesh system with kit I’d already purchased.

All good and working brilliantly thus far.
