WiFi Heros Reviews

Matt came to install an internet access point in our garden room. He was polite, quick and tidy. Very helpful. Would recommend

Steven did a great job installing my WiFi to my garden room. He was super friendly and kindly tidied up too. Thanks

I read the good reviews about WiFi Heroes so contacted them to connect our external garage to the internet. Matt came over and within 3 hours had wired cabling from our house over the roof, then under the lawn and around the back of the hedge along our flowerbed to the garage. All done with the minimal of fuss. I would highly recommend WiFi Heroes, if only we’d found them a year ago.

Matt was terrific - couldn’t have been more helpful

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Matt came to fit the very small node in the gym which is in a building 30m from the main house. He set everything up and made sure it worked properly and then made sure I could work it! Tidy, punctual and knowledgeable. Thank you

Called up wifiheros to get some professional help with my awful wifi! I had been liasing with gentleman named samuel and pointed me in the right direction and they got me booked in within the same week. The engineer matt came out and installed a new wifi system, which is absolutely flawless! Thank you so much wifiheros, you were perfect from start to finish.

Very kind, polite operative. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Got everything sorted quickly and without fuss

Exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Everything happened on time and efficiently. Barry provided a clear proposal of what we needed, we accepted and O’nien and Del were excellent at the install. They did it really quickly and very tidily. We have fast internet throughout our house and very happy to recommend WiFi Heros. They’re not cheap but you 100% get what you pay for. Thanks again!

Great experience using wifi heros! I have a smart charger for my car which was getting poor wifi signal due to it being far away, wifi heros suggested installing a wifi disc which has worked very well. Ash did a very neat job and was very patient in setting up the smart charger and getting it working via the app. Will happily recommend! Thanks wifi heros and thanks Ash!

Steve visited today to install my internet, wifi connection/disks, Steve made sure that the wifi connection was working on all cylinders off my property. Steve went above a beyond to make sure my security connections (camera) to my home were setup. Really please with the service provided and could not recommend Steve and Wifi Heros enough. The cost of connecting wifi was very expensive, but Steve definitely made a difference in what I was trying to achieve using the services of Wifi Heros with peace off mind.

Matt was so helpful, friendly and did a brilliant job! Many thanks.

Matt visited today to upgrade an ailing system specified by Barry in a previous visit - very quick and efficient and explained everything he had done clearly, giving some good advice along the way. All up and working well - excellent service!

Reliable company, Samuel is always quick to respond if I need any help!

Amazing service. Stephen is outstanding. Wonderful. Thank you so much

Matt had a high level of knowledge and professionalism. He not only fixed my issues, but went the extra mile, testing thoroughly and helping test other devices connected to the network.

This is the second exceptional experience I've had with WiFi Heros

O'Neil and his team were absolutely brilliant. Courteous, tidy, efficient and did a wonderful job leaving no mess and excellent wi-fi. Totally recommend WiFi Heroes and the team ( and came three days earlier than planned as a bonus!)

Have had wifi heroes now for almost a year, just had a power outage and it had a knock on effect to the network. The WiFi heroes team helped straight away and the issue has been resolved. Many thanks as always for your help

Excellent service and created wonderful Wi-Fi coverage around the house. Matt the fitter was tidy, thoughtful and extremely efficient.

Matt arrived on time after sending text stating his eta. He consulted with me on the simplest way to provide the best solution. Matt installed two access points in an efficient clean manner with the final job being exactly as agreed. He checked the performance of the new Unifi AP HD AccessPoint system, which is a great improvement over the old router wi-fi system. Matt wouldn’t leave until I was entirely satisfied with the new system. Matt good job done.
