DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGGINS HAIR!! KNOWINGLY SENT MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS THEN BLAMED IT ON PAYPAL....SAID THEY USED MY PAYPAL ADDRESS INSTEAD OF THE ONE ON THEIR WEBSITE. PAYPAL HAS THE CORRECT ADDRESS AS WELL. INSTEAD OF ACKNOWLEDGING THE MISTAKE THEY MADE....THEY BLAMED PAYPAL!!! I TOLD THEM THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS 3 MIN AFTER ORDER WAS PLACED.. .THEY REFUSED TO CORREC THE ADDRESS!! NEVER RECEIVED MY HAIR!

Wiggins does it for me every time! They never miss the mark. First, I ordered on a Wednesday and told them I was in urgent need of the hair, received by Friday. What?! If that isn’t amazing customer service, Idk what is. On top of that, the hair is beautiful — soft, full, it feels luxurious. This is how they keep me coming back every time. I’ve had about 3 wigs or so from them and they last. They have a long time customer in me.

Ordered a wig from this company wiggins hair. and what was sent was not the wig advertised. I email them regarding and refund and I keep getting responses to keep the wig for a 12.00 credit. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT TO RETURN THIS RAT YOU SENT. we have been going around and around for over a week not. I don't know where everyone else got their wig from by these review. but this company is a SCAM

I have been using Wiggins for YEARS!!! I love the quality of the hair! They communicate with you on the packaging. I have 2 wigs this month. One curly and one body wave. They both are beautiful! I recommend soooo many people to Wiggins!

Okay this is the ABSOLUTELY the first to be banned from China to buy wigs. Why you ask? I purchased a wig from Yolissa Hair. The wig was poorly made, very very thin and extremely damaged from color and heat. The company instructed me to comb through the wig to check to see if everything is okay. This is when I saw shedding. I sent pictures, but they wanted me to make a video period made a video. There was so many split in and short pieces. The hair wasn't all human and melted some on the tips. They know they damaged that wig and wanted to steal part of my refund. Thank god for PayPal. Now I attempted to buy a wig last week actually from a company called Wiggins Hair. They had my money and the order for over a week. I received a weird email telling me that I was banned from the industry and they had to refund me back my money. I was so confused and did not know any association with these 2 companies until I did further research. They are under the same umbrella, and once you burn one by their standards, Oh, you're banned for life. They sold me a damaged wig. I did not use the wig and followed their rules. But yet I'm banned from an entire country. Okay, buyers, beware here's the other company that is associated with them as well. AliPearl.

okay so i bought an hd lace 24 inch glue less body wave wig for $272. it’s not glueless right out the package. you definitely need to bleach the knots and the lace ain’t really hd. the frontal sheds and had short pieces and one side of the frontal hair doesn’t lay down no matter what i put on it.

Wow, I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Wiggins! I've placed two orders with them and have been blown away each time. The 5x5 wavy 20 inch wig I ordered was absolutely stunning and I even had to record my reaction because I was so impressed. I wear it all the time and get stopped on the street by people asking where I got it. I always proudly say that it's from Wiggins. They have been so responsive and helpful, even with the time zone difference. I feel so blessed to have found them and their amazing products.
