Excellent meat qualities & great services
I was quite cautious at first, not having had any experience in purchasing meats online. I'm a discerning eco-conscious consumer about food groups & their qualities; and I usually buy organic meats at Farmers' Markets or at my local most trusted grocer offering organic & regenerative meats. After watching a video by an independent Youtuber making a reference to the regenerative practices of Wild Pastures' farmers; and after reading many positive reviews: I gave it a try in August this year. So far, after tasting various meats from my 1st & 2nd subscribed orders, my family is truly impressed: the meats & shrimp arrived absolutely frozen; & with mindful & recyclable-minimal packaging. We are so pleased with the superior quality & tastes of all the varieties, compared to store-bought alternatives. I am also glad to have the convenience of having these high-quality products delivered directly to my door within a day of the notice of shipment. I am also delighted by the variety of seasonal meats that I can pick & choose to add-on to each of my subscribed box. Also, the customer service is superb: fast, efficient, very courteous with clear explanations to any of my questions.

Terrible experience with first order
Terrible experience with first order. Completely inadequate customer service. No one available on phone. First chat person didn't have a clue and insulted me. After wasting 40 minutes and THREE chat attempts, chat #3 offered to call me. Too late. Cancelled my subscription. Feeling relieved. If this is customer support, what is their operation like? You get a sense of a company's brand and philosophy on first contact. Theirs is not good.

It is a better quality than the grass fed beef at the grocery store, and cost about the same. Better product for the same price and delivered for free as a good deal in my book! Their customer service is very helpful too.

We have bought all of our meats from Wild Pastures
We have bought all of our meats from Wild Pastures for about a year and are very happy with the quality of meat we've received. The steaks are delicious and tender, the Sirloin kabobs make wonderful flavorful stew, the pork are also delicious and tender. We have purchased Italian sausage (best we've ever tasted!), chicken, hamburger, shrimp, ribs and much more. We have never had a bad experience or poor quality meats, and the customer service is excellent! Thank you Wild Pastures, for making our meat shopping easy, affordable and pleasant!!!

I'm HOOKED
I'm HOOKED! After my first bite, I knew I would be a forever customer. It's easy for a company to ruin a beef burger, so I started there. The taste is AMAZING and I ate two hamburger patties with vegetables for breakfast, and then two more hamburger patties with other vegetables for dinner. I didn't want anything else and I ate the whole pound myself. I can hardly wait to try the chicken thighs tomorrow. After that, the skirt steak. it's a good thing. I ordered the large box of meat. Wild Pastures Customer Service is the best around and that, paired with their product, makes for a winning combination. I highly recommend Wild Pastures subscription service. (But i'm very unhappy with the delivery service, UPS, who delivered the product to the wrong address. I was unable to carry a 25# box back to my home and had to roll it along the ground. No fault of wild pastures!)

I Love Wild Pastures!
I've been using Wild Pastures for at least a couple of years now. The quality of meat has always been great! My favorite is the pre-seasoned taco meat! The meat has always come frozen, and you get plenty of notifications to prepare for delivery time, as well as the flexibilty to change your delivery date, or meat packages in advance, if needed. Great company, and great customer service!

Wild Pastures' Quality is Consistent
Wild Pastures is mostly consistent with product quality (their Fajita Meat was mostly tender, some pieces with gristle) and their customer service is friendly, direct and professional.
Because it has a reputation as a company that's a cut above, representatives are reluctant to quantify their prices in comparison to box store competitors.
I haven't yet received our latest order, but in this case tasting is (will be) believing!

I ordered my first box from Wild Pastures. When I saw the items in my box, I realized they weren't what I wanted. I had accidently ordered the wrong things. I was so excited to try it
When my order arrived it was fully frozen. The packing was well done. When I prepared the meats, I was so satisfied and content with the flavor. All the dishes I have prepared from Bacon, to burgers, to casserole to steak, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this company!!

We have enjoyed our Wild Pastures pasture-raised/100% grass fed meats for nearly a year now. They are careful in shipping them in a way that keeps them deeply frozen, and the meats taste like my husband and I remember from childhood straight off the farm. They offer plenty of options to personalize our boxes. They have always been very responsive and make it easy to ensure our meats don't arrive when we are not going to be at home.
