We have enjoyed our Wild Pastures…
We have enjoyed our Wild Pastures pasture-raised/100% grass fed meats for nearly a year now. They are careful in shipping them in a way that keeps them deeply frozen, and the meats taste like my husband and I remember from childhood straight off the farm. They offer plenty of options to personalize our boxes. They have always been very responsive and make it easy to ensure our meats don't arrive when we are not going to be at home.

Really great meat
Really great meat, amazing customer service. I would say this is not your traditional subscription service.
Whenever weather has gotten in the way or life has happened, Wild Pastures has always made it right. I’ve been with them since the beginning and my family eats healthier on a budget because of it. Amazing company.

Wild pastures meats are the best meats we’ve purchased in a long time! Just knowing you can get the variety they offer with the assurance they are grass-fed, pasture-raised, organic. They have great sales on a regular basis but even your regular box shipment is a good deal.

Excellent product and company
I've recently subscribed and have been absolutely impressed with the high level of customer service I've received. I initially had concerns about having to rely on chat or email for customer support but so far it's worked out well. They've been very responsive, thoughtful and professional. I've received one delivery which was carefully packed and the quality of the meat has been great.
Being able to afford buy grass-fed and wild pastured (not filled with a bunch if dangerous horomones and chemicals) meat AND have it delivered to my door is a tremendous blessing for which I am very grateful.
It is clear wild pastures cares about their customers and is serious about providing the best product they can in the most affordable way they can.

Receiving wild pastures for a year.
We’ve been getting this meat box for over A year and have had a great experience with it. We’ve done other meat boxes too. This last box we did get a bad meat and the issue was resolved quickly and easily. Great meat and great customer service. The prices are the best we’ve seen too from other companies.

Wild Pastures has a great customer service and selection of meats
Wild Pastures has a great selection of products which I can easily change on the website. They also have monthly specials. They have excellent customer service. I missed a window to change and delay my next order. I contacted them via chat and email. The response was quick and they canceled the shipment& refunded me immediately. They are always so polite, responsive, and friendly! It is why I keep doing business with the company. Plus their meat does taste so good! The website also has recipes to try out!

I ordered from wild pastures for the first time and I’m just a little bit surprised. The chicken was tough and the beef I couldn’t chew it.
Maybe I just got bad meat.
It was New York strip steaks that I was not able to chew

Prompt response to questions; products are top notch and sustainable; never had a bad shipment and they are still using dry ice, which is excellent since we live in AZ and the temperatures can be food delivery problematic.

I have had a great experience with Wild Pastures. The meat has been so good. I've had pork, beef, and chicken, and all of it has been very, very good. My family can taste the difference between this meat and meat I buy at the store. I had to contact customer service once after we moved across the country. They were very, very fast to respond (within 2 minutes to an email!!), and were courteous and solved my problem to my satisfaction. It was some of the best customer service I've ever had.

Wild Pastures is a reputable company. The product is wonderful and I have not had any issue except for shipping. The shipping issue had nothing to do with the company but with UPS, however, the company has handled the issue with integrity and respect.
