THEY SUCK AND ARE NOT HONEST
I ordered a box of meat--got a lot of chicken and a little beef. Beef was tough and steaks were cut too thin. BE CAREFUL--YOU MAY NOT KNOW IT BUT YOU ARE SUBSCRIBING TO GET MONTHLY BOXES WITHOUT KNOWING IT. JUST CHECKED MY BANK AND THEY GOT ME FOR ANOTHER BOX I DO NOT WANT. CAN'T REACH THEM EITHER TO CANCEL. RIVER BEND RANCH IS THE BEST---I WANT OUT OF THIS WILD PASTURES JOKE. NO STARS HERE.

great customer service
first, the meat quality is great! next, i am loving the variety, it is hard to find sustainable meats in my area so i tended to buy the same few things over and over, this is nice to have choices! and last, my order was delivered late by the shipping company and was defrosted and WP sent me a new box right away which arrived perfectly. I cant say enough how great the customer service is. way to go guys! i hope you thrive and change the world!!

Damaged packaging horrible customer service
I have had this service for over a year. The pricing is great, the product was good- until it wasn't. My last delivery had lots damaged packaging. I reached out multiple times over 2 days. NO ONE would reply. The packages come in a heavy duty box surrounded by plush packaging and dry ice. There is NO WAY the damage was done during unpacking. It had to occur in factory or during packing for shipping. I am unable to eat any of the ground beef/pork I paid for because every package was damaged!!!! Sliced edges and open. I cancelled and will not be returning. If they do not care about their customers after they get their product? Why would I continue the subscription?

I love receiving my meat, besides knowing that I am eating something good for my health, there is a great variety of meats and everyone is super helpful from the people who delivers the meat to the people assisting with any issues I might have. The system is perfect and easy.

I've been a customer of wild pastures for about a year and a half. The quality of the meat is so much better than anything I've ever received from the grocery store. I find that the cuts of meat tend to be…
I find the cuts of meat tend to be tough and contain connective tissue and or gristle. For example, I recently cooked a package of stew meat and I had to go through each piece of meat and cut off cartilage and silverskin (connective tissue). Perhaps this is problem that can be addressed when the meat is butchered? I have not experienced this issue with the ground beef, ground pork, port chops or chicken.

A trust worthy source of clean meat …
I have only good things to say about this company. They’ve been easy to deal with with a great speedy polite customer service. I’m a health conscious 62 year old. I love the quality of meat I get along with well packaged order. They’re kind people and have been helpful in every respect. I tell my clients about them every chance I get. I’m on keto diet as well and I trust they are truly pasture raised and grass finished with all their meat including fish. Give them a try .

The food products are excellent. Like any business who places excellent on their products and customer service, things do not go as expected 100% of the time. Quality is excellent
Quality is excellent. Especially the chicken, drumsticks are unlike any store bought, substantial and tender meat, not chewy. Support is also stellar, when I missed delaying my shipping date and got locked out, they took care of it within 15 mins of me sending my email.
