Great product
Last month was the first time I ordered. I was very happy when it arrived frozen, and the right products were inside. The meat was great, but I had a problem with the filet and the fajita meat. I called and they gave me credit towards my next order. Their service is great, they are very helpful with any problems and quick to reply. I have bought from other companies but their product wasn't as good. Thank you Wild Pastures for all your doing.

I’ve been ordering from Wild Pastures for some time. Even though the consumer has chosen the frequency of deliveries, she/he has the option of delaying any order for any reason or no reason. Maybe you’ll be out of town or maybe you still have product from your last delivery. That question is asked each time it is time for your delivery. I love that! I recently was notified that a delivery had been made, but I could not find it. I notified UPS who told me that the company of origin would have to instigate an investigation. Wild Pastures did that immediately after my notification to them. They were prompt, understanding, and generous. They offered a replacement package or refund as they investigated. I chose a replacement package and we found that UPS delivered the original to an incorrect address. The address label was correct, so it was the fault of UPS. Unfortunately, by the time the original package was discovered, the product was spoiled. I did however, have my replacement the following week. Kudos to Wild Pastures!

New subscriber insight
As a new subscriber, I am waiting for my first shipment to arrive. While waiting, I was wondering what subscription frequency I chose, and what the options are. I spent over an hour trying to find out to no avail. I found no telephone number to call, and no chat with available. I sent an email last night and received a reply this morning, stating that there is no way for me to find those facts out while awaiting a shipment to be sent. I don’t think that is a good idea, but if that is going to be the case, then there should be some notation on the site stating that, and why, so that people like me don’t have to waste time looking in vain and become very frustrated. I have not received my first shipment, but I am already unhappy.

Wild Pastures customer for a couple years
We've been using Wild Pastures for our meat, chicken, and pork delivery for a couple years now. My favorites are the chicken beast, ground beef, and ground pork but we've tried other cuts with great success. Their customer service is fantastic. Any time I've ever had an issue with an order they are quick to respond and make it right. Eating pasture raised, grassfed meat, poultry and pork is so important and we are really grateful for how easy Wild Pastures makes it to get these cuts delivered right to our front door.

So far so good, we've been trying to find a company that we could purchase good quality grass fed grass finished meat products, and so far we are very happy with wild pastures, working with customer service has been great also.

100% Satisfied Customer
I get the hamburger, chicken breasts and breakfast sausage and find the quality of all to be a 10/10. Making changes to my order is super easy. Customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced with emails being answered in less than 24 hrs! Always helpful and positive communication. I'm completely happy with this company and its products! It feels great to know our meats are from the best farming practices where animals are treated very well, living a good life out in green pastures with no chemicals. Regenerative farming is the natural old school way of raising animals for meat. Kudos to Wild Pastures and all their farmers!

After having spent a couple of decades not eating meat, I returned to eating it for health & wellbeing reasons, but always with guilt because of how farm animals in our world suffer. Wildpastures customer service took care of me..
Wildpastures customer service took care of my issue right away which is very important to me. The meat is delicious made the bottom round roast in my crockpot and it was the best, ordering is easy with a great selection and the shipping and packaging is spot on! The meat tastes wonderful and it looks like fresh meat.
This meat tastes wonderful. Everyone in our house is addicted to the quality of it. You can actually see the bits of fat in the ground beef, which the super market stuff we have bought in the past looks like a pink slurry.
My orders are every month if not twice a month and I try to buy all of our meat from here. If I buy from anywhere else the kids can tell. They don't want to go back to the other stuff now.😂😂😂

Three year customer canceling...
I've been a customer for close to three years. My regular order has been fifteen pounds every six weeks. The product has been very consistent, but their customer service has been less than I consider professional. This last month I received an email that looked a great deal like a college essay. It took the better part of ten full minutes to read. It was a long drawn out explanation of why they had to increase their rates. It honestly did NOT bother me that they were doing this. It happens. What I had a problem with is that at the end of the email they said I would see the price increase when my next order was shipped. What this means is, I would not be given a chance to cancel my subscription if I could not afford the new cost. I immediately replied to this email explaining that this was a terribly rude way to handle things and I would greatly appreciate knowing what my new rate would be BEFORE the order was placed. I received no answer. I then wrote two more emails over the next week stating the same thing. I got no answer. I have since canceled my subscription entirely. I will not do business with people who operate this way. I have to believe they did this to their entire customer base. It is grossly disrespectful. I cannot imagine anybody thinking this was acceptable.

Our intent with that email was to be transparent about why the change was happening after five years of stable pricing, but we now see that not including the updated price upfront created confusion and frustration, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
For clarity, we did mention in the email that updated pricing details would be shared in the shipping notification before your next order. That said, we completely understand how that may not have felt like enough time or transparency for you to make an informed decision before being charged.
We also want to acknowledge that you reached out with concerns. Our team responded within 24 hours and provided all the requested details, including your new pricing. We understand that by the time you saw that information, the experience had already left a negative impression. That was never our intention, and we are truly sorry it felt that way.
Your feedback has been taken seriously and is already helping us improve how we communicate important changes. We always want our members to feel informed and respected.
While we are sorry to see you go, we are grateful for the time you were with us and for the thoughtful feedback you shared. A Great Company
I have never had any problems working with this company. They are always quick to respond to any communication about any thing, no matter how small. Their products are first class, the service is first rate, and the prices are reasonable. I also like the ability to skip a month or more in my subscription whenever my freezer is full or money is extra tight. A great company in every way.

Great meats at a great price
I’ve been a member for many months now, and love the meats we’ve been getting. We greatly appreciate the grass-fed beef and the free-range pork and chicken. We especially appreciate that they are not given mRNA shots or added hormones! We love the taste and quality of everything we’ve had so far, and the customer service is excellent! I love that I’m allowed to manage the timing of my deliveries to a week when I’ll be home, and can change what types of meats we’ll be receiving. And the sales and add-ons! I only wish the bacon were cut in even slices, but it tastes fantastic so that totally makes up for it. And we sooo appreciate the prices—keep up the good work!
