Plug and Play Hot tub for three
After many weeks of research, we decided to go with this company as not only were their products reasonably priced, their responses to my (millions) of questions, was second to none, it took other companies days to answer. From purchasing, to instalment took just three days for us. The two guys who delivered and installed (Taj and James) were so lovely! Helpful, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they set it all up and gave me a lesson, also giving me a mobile number to ring if I needed help. Because the wrong lid had been delivered, Taj promised to return the next day with the correct lid. Despite being extremely busy, he eventually arrived ed at 9pm with the replacement lid and despite clearly having had a long day, he was so nice, spent time talking and making sure everything was up and running. He didn't rush at all. We really appreciated him coming out so late as we were concerned about the lid.
As for the hot tub itself, what can I say? We love it! Its stylish, contemporary, the music system is brilliant and now the kids have left home, it was just what we wanted for the two of us.
Really pleased in every aspect, highly recommend Wild Water Spas and a massive shot out to Taj who went above and beyond, his customer service is clearly his priority!

We love our new hot tub! Communication was excellent whatever your query they responded within the hour transfering money without the item can always seem abit scary but as soon it was done they confirmed receipt the delivery driver was just as helpful very knowledgeable the whole experience from beginning to end you couldn't fault them.

Fantastic Service, Just Amazing
I have just sat down after recieving our Hot Tub, Fully installed and demonstrated. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this company from order through sales and delivery. Ste and Marek arrived were polite efficient and thoroughly professional. Although late in the day and presented with a challenging delivery they went above and beyond to complete the delivery. EVEN when presented with the heavens opening. They were truly amazing and a credit to this business. When doing my research about what hot tub to get I came across several similar sites with similar prices and similar deals.
But in the end it was the patience of the poor chap, Tom, on Wild Water Spas what'sapp chat, that gave me confidence to pull the trigger.
I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous at first. Online deals can be a minefield and it all looked too good to be true so I asked questions and a lot of them.
And a few weeks later, Richard and Steve are carrying our Aquarius into the back garden.
They were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable .
We're very happy .

Wild Water Spas
The staff are great, I was suspicious as I found the company on line and did not know them. However, I have been pleasantly surprised.
They have a call back feature rather than a number to call and it has worked up to now. I would have preferred to be able to ring them.
The boys delivering the tub were great, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the chemicals and gave good us instructions.
I have not had to use after sales yet but from my experience I would Definitely recommend.
