The will is not applicable to persons without kids
The will does not plan for those that do not have kids .Nor assist what happens to the estate when both pass.

Need a Will? LOOK NO FURTHER! I swear.
This is going to sound strange but even though I can't use Willful, I would COMPLETELY recommend them. Here's why. I was told about Willful by a few people with really positive views. I signed up and it is honestly the most straight forward and easy to navigate website, it took me all of 15 minutes. I had a couple of queries about my paperwork and got straight through to someone who not only walked me through my issues, but followed up immediately. There were many ways to reach someone for help and they are extremely thorough and competent. Bruna was a delight to work with. I then found out as a Canadian living overseas I needed a home address within Canada for qualify. I stay with my parents for the months I am here and this is my base address I use. Sadly I couldn't go through with it and requested a refund. It was issued immediately. They offer a 30 day refund. When I do return to the homeland I will DEFINITELY be using Willful.

From the Start computer key button to the Print button, the whole process was simple and easy. The instructions are easy to understand and follow, plus you can contact the Willful support team for help and direction in the making of the will. Pricing was fantastic, and being able to update is also a great feature. My wife and I had put it off way too long, but Willwil made it so simple I am mad at myself for not doing it sooner. A big thank you to Willful.

This is a document that I have procrastinated over for a long time.
The document and screens were easy to navigate and complete. Easy to go back and change or correct of needed. The cost was also very attractive. Lots of helpful information throughout the document.

All great. Very clear, concise, extensive and well organized. The payment thing with Klarna is too complicated. Signing up for yet another App and having to jump through too many hoops for that. Can we just get a payee/account number and the pay as we would everything else?

Straightforward and efficient

To clarify, in most Canadian provinces, your witness does not need to sign in front of a notary for your will to be legally valid. The will only needs to be signed by you, the will-maker, in front of the required witnesses. Notarization is optional and may be helpful for additional proof of authenticity, but it is not a legal requirement. If you choose to have your will notarized, there may be a fee associated with the notary service.
