The process was straightforward and relatively easy to follow. Easier access to assistance would be helpful.

Willmaker assists you in making difficult decisions that most of us don't want talk about or don't know how to talk about today; knowing that these decisions will prevent those you love from having to make impossible decisions tomorrow.

It was easy to get ahold of a person and get my software updated ( via their instructions).

It was easy to use; it took a reasonable amount of time for my wife and I to put things in order.

Since I will not be available after dying, I have confidence the Will and additional documents will be correct.

I have used Willmaker in the past when moving to a new state or for life changes. I tried another service/product most recently but came back to Willmaker for my latest move. The current version is so much easier to use than any previous versions, works on my Mac, and coupled with Everplans addresses all my needs as a now senior citizen :-). Highly recommended

Easy to use with good instructions.

Willmaker offers all the tools necessary to make estate planning easy. The question and answer format covers all topics affecting one’s estate. The documents contain content and language pertinent to each state’s laws. Detailed instructions for making the documents legal are also included. The one negative is that you can only create your documents in one place, i.e. either online or in the downloadable program. You can’t swap between them. This makes needing to make adjustments to your wishes inconvenient if you are not at your source platform. Nonetheless, this program was well worth the investment.

The program was easy to navigate and make changes when required. The instructions were also easy to follow and the samples were helpful as well.

For the average person who does not have a large and complicated estate, this software more than fulfills most people's need for a will or estate software, very affordably, without paying some lawyer a ton of money.

Over time, as your circumstances change, you can quickly and easily make changes to your will, without having to go back to your expensive attorney, travelling to his office, and scheduling an appointment.

I would not do otherwise.

I’ve used the healthcare directive and the revocable deed software. It’s all very straight forward. The deed print out met the required specifications for the County Recorder. I do wish that it also would print a revocation form in the event we would want to revise the deed. I appreciate Nolo keeping up changes to align with state laws.

Simple to use with lots of explanations. Created a trust in a day.

Very easy to work with it

It is explained very well and easy to understand. I also appreciated the tips to think about. I have it signed and notarized.

Don't have a will at all? Then this is far better than nothing. But compared to the previous will our attorney had drafted years before, it is woefully incomplete, especially with "per stirpes" provision in's and outs, which are several and are very common needs. We are going to revise our previous attorney drafted will.

The program provided additional info to better describe each decision required, and made decisions easy.

The software is easy to use and takes you through step by step. If you change your mind or want to update something, it's super easy to do

I appreciated the detailed explanations that were given for each document that I created. The explanations were especially helpful when creating the wills for my wife and I.
