I bought WillMaker after spending a lot of time researcing other onine willmakers. I had to decide between the download version or the online. Since there are more "options" with the download version, I decided to got with that option. However, even though it said it would work with my current version OS on my Mac computer it does not. Also, for reasons unknown, it did not seem to recognize my password. Also, for some reason the password is being recognized, but now I need to learn how to change to the online rather than the downloadable version that will not work with OS 10.7.10

Very easy to navigate thru all the different documents. There were things I had not thought of that were prompts to address. Well worth the price. I used the plus version because I did a trust.

My 2024 completed Will was locked and I couldn't make edits. I upgraded to 225 and it wants me to start a new will. Can I import the 2024 Will?

I am very disappointed with the customer service. When I get ahold of someone and ask them a question about my living trust or POA and they don't have the answer they say they will get ahold of their legal team and get back to me and they never do! What kind of customer service is that? I don't have exact dates. But several calls during May.

Your upgrade from an old version takes me to the page that has 3 options and not one for upgrade, unless it's buried somewhere. I bought thinking it was my upgrade option the basic plan for $109. Once I got that going it would no load a 2022 will file. Really!

I called in, and waited 10 minutes, and the support person said oh, you want the upgrade for $39. This is getting more stupid as I deal with NOLO. She say's she'll refund me, charge me 39, and in 10 minutes I'll get an email for the upgrade to 2025. It's almost 3 hours and nothing from NOLO. This sucks! The whole upgrade process is vague and stupid also. Your corporate upgrade really stinks.

this was a relatively easy way to save a couple thousand dollars; however, it would be great if you could incorporate the acknowledgement of notary that is necessary, it caused me some problems and I eventually had to travel and even then, it was an issue. I did have to see an attorney to obtain that paperwork.

Absolute garbage. I wanted something to help me write a will. This is not it. Instead it's asking about how everything is NOW. Passwords, drivers license, attorney's name - all information I have. I get my heirs may need that information, but once you've entered everything in - guess what you have? NOT A A WILL. All I wanted to do was put together the WILL. From the landing page it looks like that is what will happen, but then you end up with EVERPLANS which is a colossal waste of time and money. I don't need an EVERPLAN. I need a will.

I was seeking a less expensive option than a Trust to avoid probate on my house. Quicken Willmaker is the perfect option. Completed the form and followed suggestion to record the Deed. So easy and great peace of mind.

Willmaker provides a large variety of important documents. The software is easy to use. One problem is that most of the documents cannot be duplicated for use by a spouse; for all but the will, you have to start from scratch.

The information provided was clear and mostly concise. I have 40 years of experience in the legal field and the instructions didn't talk down to me. They were designed for ease of use.

I needed to update a past Will as well as add a Living Trust. The guidance explained with each step is excellent and with each document I created I felt more and more confident. Willmaker really is with you every step of the way, explaining the ramifications of every answer you use to create a Will, Financial Document or Trust. And until you decide the document is complete and ready to sign, you can always make changes. I am so glad this program was recommended to me by someone who had worked in a Law practice. You really can do it yourself and the price is remarkable. I'm truly grateful to have found it!

Benefit of being able to make changes with no addional charge for one year.

I'm 60 and my (and my wife's) last will was made when our kids were babies. We needed a new will. My mom's a paralegal and said to use an online service. After 45 minutes of research, willmaker seemed the best deal. I was surprised at how easy the process was. Including creating an account, it took less than an hour before I was printing the will. I wanted the no frills $99 version but for an extra $25 I upgraded to get a whole list of features (power of attorney, etc). I'm going to make a new will for my wife also, so the two of us together cost less than $275. The will is good for as long as we want it to be- until we need to update it, which we hopefully won't have to do.

Willmaker is easy to use and customizes the options for your particular state.

Willmaker offered comprehensive, streamlined tools for building my will and highly recommend it.

I have been putting off doing my will for a number of years. I finally decided that it was time to do it. The process was easy and fast. I should have done it a long time ago.
