It is an easy download, and from there it gets even easier to complete! We used a NOLO Willmaker before, but never followed thru with getting it notarized. Now that we are both older and adding grandkids left and right, it was time to do it right! We had it filled out in the blink of an eye, except for the new granddaughter we are awaiting (her DOB), and will have it printed and notarized within days! They answer questions, explain the different parts and make this depressing topic easy to handle! I highly recommend it!

Easy to work on for trust and will .

The software worked fine. I wanted to make some changes and forgot my password. They indicate that they will send an email link to recover the password. I have tried several times and I never receive the email. I am VERY frustrated

I was able to reset my password but the next time I go to log in it will not accept the password I just changed. I wrote it down.

I haven't even nearly finished, but can say that this is the best tool ever. I had been trying to gather information, study my best options, reading websites, etc, but decided to just pay a nominal fee to have Willmaker do it for me. So glad I discovered it.

I had an estate plan done by professionals years ago when my life was much more complicated with various business involvements. Cost me a lot of money, but gave me comfort that it was appropriate for my situation back then. My life has changed since... my businesses liquidated, my wife passed... time to simplify my estate plan to reflect my new reality. The Will and Trust kit offered by Nolo seemed to be a way to inexpensively create the legal documents that would make settling my estate as easy and simple as possible for my family. Gathering the information needed was time consuming but also resulted in organization that would make it easier for my successors to settle my estate. The Quicken Willmaker programs took me step-by-step through the creation of the estate plan, and I'm satisfied and happy to have completed the work.

This program made what is a daunting task to me an interesting and even fun experience. It is flexible in that the opportunity is there to stick to the result produced by the program, or with competent assistance, tweak and modify it to one's special requirements. There are resources provided to take an educational deep dive into the topic of wills and living trusts for those who wish. I highly recommend Quicken Willmaker.

This was a very easy program to use; simply answer the questions asked and it’s done! This program made a stressful process easy,,,,I should have done it sooner and by far, so much cheaper than hiring an attorney!

Difficult to get a response from support. The questions were thorough but there was no reference to executor fees. The instructions indicate not to change the template but not one calls back.

Willmaker is very user friendly and I got both wills done in a short time. There is a useful template to put all the financial account and contact information that the executors would need to proceed in finalizing the estate.

I’ve only completed a portion or far, but what I have completed was detailed and thorough. I know a tremendous amount about the subject and the software was comprehensive. The only thing I need figure out is some documents I’m going to use a custom approach and can I easily accomplish it. If I can create a “Trust Minder”, then it’s a slam dunk home run…
