First order with window warehouse online order everything when smooth and simple ‘ until it got to DPD they delivered some of order after 4 days they putting it back another day ‘ but got I touch with warehouse very helpful customer service sorted problem out straight away by sending the item out again got it next day thanks guys

I’m willing to change my review. But I keep trying to get a call with technician booked because my soft wash system does not work. I’ve booked numerous calls, and I’ve just received an email saying thank you for call even though I haven’t. Youse are not helping and been very slow. If I do get this sorted promptly I’m happy to leave a positive review but up to now you are been half dismissive I feel .
