Still no service to replace the siding issue. Just a phone call that they are working on it. Supposedly, they can’t find a match for the vinyl siding that they removed.
Very unlikely that I will give them a good review. Nice windows, poor service.

The guys were great. They put 12 windows in in one day they cleaned up. They were just fantastic. I would recommend Window donation to my friends and family.

The crew was wonderful to deal with for almost 6 hours and the product is superior. My house is holding heat now. I am very happy with the finished product!

Just a delay in delivery but was ok. Great windows, installers were friendly and did a great job on a very cold day.

Disappointed with the lack of communication between Window Nation, the manufacturers, and the installers. Manufacturers could not get our windows and screens made within their expected timeframe (>2 months!!!). DID NOT INFORM ME OF THIS UNTIL THE MORNING OF MY INSTALLATION. The manufacturers forgot a whole window and 5 of the 6 screens!!!! Additionally, one of the slider windows was missing a piece! Left the installers out to dry by not communicating with them any of this information. Forced me to have to accommodate multiple installation dates with short notice. The resolution to the screens and the missing window piece will take an ADDITIONAL 3 to 4 WEEKS BEFORE THEY ARE READY. Horrible. Their way of "making this right" with us has been disappointing and dissatisfactory to say the least. We turned down cheaper small business window installers to work with a "reputable", "trustworthy", and "reliable" company like Window Nation. BIG MISTAKE, will not do that again.

Knowledgeable salesman with every trick in the book. Knows his stuff about windows. Will pressure you into signing the same day by "discovering" new deals and discounts that are only available at that moment (NOT THE TRUTH). Wish we did not feel this pressure and said no initially to better understand our options.
Fine communication during sales process. However, once that is complete, the communication was not good between my sales rep, the manufacturers, and the installation team. The only arrived with 5 of the 6 windows, 1 of the 6 window screens, and the slider window was missing a piece. This was after waiting two months, then being delayed and extra week after that.

Installers worked 12 hours straight to complete work on one day.

Installers did a great job but should have protected the sink and countertops while installing bay window. The salesman was not transparent while offering perks to our purchase. The $100 restaurant gift card and the cruise has many restrictions. We were told we could use it for the Boston to Bermuda cruise, but found this cruise is not available with the voucher. The restaurant certificate is not $100 but $25 off a $50 purchase. Very deceptive.

I was a nice seamless experience. Nice polite guy did the job and was very attentive to his work and details.

Mickey Demos, the salesman, made sure that we were happy with the new windows. He came over to the house to personally inspect the windows and the completed installation. When we informed him that one of the windows was not working properly, Mickey immediately contacted his service department, and the next day, a service appointment was made to correct the flaw. Window Nation installation of 4 windows was completed in 2 1/2 hours.

Pricing was reasonable, the products look solid and well-made, and the installer was professional and well-mannered. They treated my home with respect, kept the work area clean, and did a thorough, high-quality installation. Overall, a smooth experience and I’m happy with the results.

Good cleanup except windows had lots of smudges from fingerprints and some sticker residue. Took me several hours to clean up

The workers arrived right on time. They did a terrific job, efficiently & respectfully in a timely manner and had a complete cleanup when done. They showed us how to operate the windows & were pleasant for the whole job. We would highly recommend this crew .

The project with windows went well, but my plant stand was broken, they could have used more care.

Installers did an excellent job very professional, quick and timely. Cleaned up really well after their work. The ordering process and the delivery of product is another issue. Order got really messed up. The handles for the 8 foot sliders do not have locking key mechanism on them. The handle was the wrong color. One of the sliders had the wrong color screen. They came with chipped paint and the aluminum trim around the slider on the exterior was the wrong color. Two windows did not make the order for delivery so now we’re waiting another couple of weeks to get those put in when they told us everything will be done in one day.

Updates about project, finished results and cleanup were good.

The workers were very tidy and they were prompted.
