The window installation went very well, the guys did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend window nation to anyone thinking of replacing their windows

Installation crew showed an hour early, asked to remove some minor wall decorations near windows being replaced, otherwise they were happy with my prep. Plastic sheeting was laid down in the rooms and the ground outside. They got to it and the two of them were done with seven windows in six hours. Ran into some rotted wood in the dining room but they handled it. Living room window has a masonry surround which included an unexpected
taper that the measurement guy didn't catch but how could he? Anyway the problem was handled with no drama. Everything was sealed, work areas cleaned and policed up, old windows and trim disposed of. Was given a quick tutorial on how the windows worked as far as locking, pane swivel and pane security. Noise reduction is the first benefit other than looking great. Interested to see how much I save in heating costs this winter. Im a very happy customer!

The representative DAE was knowledgeable and pleasant, answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns and explained the whole process. The technician measured my project and was very nice. The installation team came, expertly installed the windows and cleaned the whole area! I am very pleased!

5 stars. Courtesy timing and knowledge

Installation was quick and smooth. But I am not happy with the long waiting time (~54days) after we got cleared from my HOA.

Everything was fine. Very professional and quick to install all 26 windows. We did have few windows that had an error in the design that was delivered.

The installers were great! Very detailed, kept everything clean and were professional. The windows are top notch and I couldn't be happier!

The installation team exceeded all my expectations. The Georgetown series windows look great and definitely add to the overall curb appeal of the house. The can see and feel the quality. I also love that each window was custom built to fit exactly into my openings.

UPDATE: I've decided to update this review from 1 star to 4 stars due to the prompt response to address the issues mentioned below and their immediate action to get our sliding door fixed the day after this review. Instead of using the manufacturer again to fix the door, window nation sent out their own employee to fix the door and it was night and day difference. It was fixed correctly and the installer was excellent at explaining everything. Customer service definitely still needs work, but overall, the response to my complaint was above and beyond and they should be given credit for that.

We have used them for a total of 3 projects. Our windows in two different segments and just recently to replace a sliding glass door. While the salesmen and install team are great, everything else is an atrocity. Within a year of our second set of windows being installed, half of our windows will no longer sit properly to lock. They are “being replaced” but it’s been crickets from them on that. Prior to this, we had bought a sliding glass door to match. The installer who came, did not speak English so it was impossible to ask questions. He rushed through showing us the door and how to operate it. Within 24 hours our door would no longer lock, we noticed it’s not flush, and there are knicks around the frame. There’s also a hole in storm door and that does lock or sit flush as it should either. When you try to reach support you get a customer service representative that says someone will come look. Meanwhile, we have no way of locking our sliding door that leads into a backyard with a pool. They say window nation didn’t install the back door so the install company will call you back to fix - that still hasn’t happened. I’ve trying calling this branch, and they say just leave your number and we will call back. They “call back” it rings once and they hang up. I will continue to try to get these issues fixed appropriately but due to all these issues and inability to reach someone other than customer service, I will never use or recommend them to anyone ever again. It’s unacceptable and atrocity of a business to treat a customer who spent a very large amount of money with them.
