Installers were 8 hours late and I had to call customer service for an update on the crew because no one had called me about the status of the crew. One of the window installers was somewhat rude and didn’t speak/understand English.

The overall experience was great. We had several different companies to come out to give us quotes. We were impressed with the sales team and the installation team who was professional.

You could improve your service time. It is horrible when you have to wait 35 days from the time of install to get a correction, and then not have it done.
Horrible!

All around excellent experience! Luke was very professional and competent. He addressed every issue I had. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with his work.

Windows were made & installed faster than expected & the installers were very good. They answered any questions we had that came up & did a great job & cleaned up after as well. I would recommend Window Nation if your needing new windows. We had 6 installed.

From the sales department, to the scheduling, to the measurements and finally to the installation, everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The best part was they worked with our budget, installed as soon as possible on their end and the windows are absolutely beautiful. They finished 8 windows in one day! Would 💯 recommend to family and friends.

From the sales person, to customer service to the installers, this was a fantastic experience. Our sales professional was punctual, courteous, professional and personal. The presentation was great, explaining the company, the product and warranty. He let us know what we could expect going forward. Customer service was great, letting us know who our sales person was and when we expect him. The installers were fantastic, courteous to my wife, laid down tarps to minimize debris, cleaned, swept, vacuumed when they were done. Our experience was great every step of the way!

The 2 workers who installed the 7 windows completed the work quickly and it seems they did a good job. Unfortunately, when I removed the stickers left on the windows, they left tape residue on the glass and I do not know what will remove that. Also, I will still need to have a painter paint the lintels above each window, because the workers could not install aluminum over those. They told me it would rust.

I recently had my windows replaced, and I’m disappointed that I was never informed the window panes would actually be smaller than before. Our picture window is now 10 inches smaller than the previous one, which is a big difference. Instead of a spacious, open view, all the windows now look like small pictures set inside huge frames. This wasn’t what I expected or was told upfront, and it really impacts the overall look and feel of the rooms. I wish there had been clearer communication about this before the installation.

My sister and couple of friends are looking to have their windows replaced. Thankfully they saw the work done on my house. They won’t be choosing your product.
I know this doesn’t matter to your company but I will be very vocal in steering people away from your product.
I would also warn others that the contract doesn’t list the cost of individual window or other work needed. My contract had a hip roof and rebuild of a bay window. Neither was done. Because these items didn’t have a cost associated with them I was told there wouldn’t be a refund. This is a terrible way to do business

The installers were quick, efficient, mindful of my floors in covering them from room to room. Cleaned up after themselves, courteous. They came within the window of time specified.

Technician showed up right on time and repaired the window is less than a minute.

Windows were installed but the caulking looks as if I did it myself and I’ve never caulked anything. The installer stated I had uneven brick and it was the best he could do but yet, prior to installation, this was never disclosed in anyway. Transparency was not practiced because had I known the finished product would look tacky and raggedy I would have passed. I’m still waiting for a call for someone to come back and fix but at this point, I’ve not been this unhappy and remorseful in years. And I had been so very excited for this project only to now feel bamboozled!

It took four times to install the window correct. 3 times they had to removed, and reordered. In between all those installs we had at least 10 service calls and all they did was band aid bad indtalls. This time they had to remove wood from all 11 windows reinstall and insulate. This crew was good. But the other experiences were sooo bad I can’t write a good review. A lot of missed work for all this headache.

The crew did a great job. Did it quickly did it correctly? It was neat turned out looking very well. Happy with the window very well made looks good.
