Just an estimate turned into the best decision!
Our experience started with a simple estimate and it got better and better from there!!! The expert, Julius, came and helped us through the entire scary, excited, frustrating, happy first half of the process! He was so knowledgeable and any questions he didn't know, his superior did! After the first part of the process was done, we waiting for the windows to come! Our project manager kept in informed every step of the way! Would you believe me if I said the process was stressful free? The experience was perfect? Well you better believe it because it really really was! Once it came time for the windows to be installed, we were stressed out and excited! The install crew fell nothing less than perfect! They were amazing to work with and my oh man, they know what they are doing! They were clean and consis and the windows look BEAUTIFUL! I would never suggest anyone else! Window Nation all the way!

ONE EXCEPTION…
All is well except the large 4 piece window that was mounted in the center former is not up to specs. It was evidently measured wrong.there is a filler.board of approx 3/4 inch between the factory window and the original frame of the window. Aside from that, it was left unfinished.
I thought they did a great job on all the rest.And were courteous and communicated well.
This is definitely an exception.

Black windows...
The installers were great and finished within a 7-hour period for 11 windows. We only heard back from the salesman once after purchase and that was due to a question I had. Two screens were defective, but the very next day customer service ordered two new screens. We did have glue inside one window pain, but for the most part the windows look very good. We did go with black windows, which we love, but we hate the white strip or unpainted part on the inside where the window slides up and down. I've seen other black windows from other companies, and their entire window is black, including the interior strip and window lock.

Disappointed
I was told the units that were replaced are fine. The installer used the wrong screws and caulk. I have rusty screws and moldy caulk. Highly disappointed in the outside appearance for a $20K investment. I have not heard that anything is going to be done and in the process of hiring a person to repair the trim on the window.
