The installers put up the wrong trim. I ordered adobo almond and they had to come back and put that on instead. After all complete, I was satisfied.

The interaction with my salesman was excellent. In light of the big expense, I asked many questions and he was able to satisfy my curiosity. I felt confident in knowing I made the right decision, which ultimately led me to purchase additional windows. The window itself ‘Georgetown’ was a huge upgrade from the builder's grade. I was also fortunate enough to have the same team on both installs and was very impressed with the overall look when completed. Even some of my neighbors liked the look of the windows. I truly believe these windows have and will continue to make a difference in my utility expense for years to come. Highly recommend.

Luis, the installer, was personable, professional, and thorough.

I had a conflict on the date of my install. Window nation was willing to schedule my installation first thing in the morning so that I could make my other commitments

The crew was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and ensured that our windows were installed correctly.

The original installation date was cancelled, and it was 2 months before it was rescheduled. They would not work with me to find an afternoon time slot. The bottom window is very heavy and doesn't hold in place without holding on to it while washing the top window.

Additional costs added after first contract completed. Project took six weeks to complete primarily because not all windows came on first installation date. Then availability to complete project was poor, limited to only two days. In the meantime no one from the company had called to tell me about the incomplete first delivery. I was told by the installers it would only take a couple days to get the last window installed with priority appointment to have it done expeditiously. That isn't how it worked out at all. Also, I grew tired of hearing about the great deal I had been offered, especially when I was forced to sign a revised second contract with the higher price.

My experience with Vytex was wonderful, the windows they built and the Vytex installers were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I could not have had a better experience1

Outstanding experience from start to finish. From initial consultation to measurements and installation, every member of the Window Nation team was informed, courteous, and professional. Products that were installed met/exceeded expectations. The install team was efficient given the size of the project but applied tremendous care and attention to detail to ensure every window and door were installed correctly and operated exactly right. One example that highlights 'doing it right'; after installing the screen door the team adjusted it until it closed just right - never slams, and never hangs open. Same detail applied to finishing around windows and ensuring that all openings and latches were just right. Highly recommend for quality and price. Very pleased with end results.

Easy process for the most part and love the new windows so far and fast install.

They arrived when they said they would. The head of the crew inspected the windows and verified the number to be replaced. All three of the crew went to work. At 1330 all of the windows were replaced and everything was clean, the lead man asked us to inspect the windows and then went through the operation of opening, closing and tilting the windows for cleaning and removal. We were/are very happy with the work and the windows.

Installer was a bit early - which was great and very efficient at installing the replacement window.

The Window Nation crew who replaced nearly every window in our house did an excellent job. The windows were installed and caulked very well, and the crew was professional, finishing a large job in one day.

I saw an advertisement scrolling through Facebook and Window Nation was doing a promotion. We used them in 2018 and they did a great job then so I called and made an appointment. Making an appointment was easy and the person on the end of the line looked up my information from 2018. Tammy came out and we discussed what windows we knew we could afford vs replacing all but three of the windows and doors that needed to be replaced. I appreciated that Tammy took the time to measure each window even though we may not have replaced them this go around. Thankfully with the promotion we were able to do all the windows we wanted. Tammy went through everything step by step with us, kept in touch and really advocated for us when we had a question or concern. We continued to receive updates on the windows and were promptly scheduled for an install appointment once the windows were in. The installers were on time, friendly, got the job down in the timeframe stated, answered any questions and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend Window Nation!
