This experience has not been positive and every time I tried to get answers there was always a different response. Hearing the bad experience of another purchaser of windows scares me to have windows installed and the price I am paying is higher than I was told it was going to be. Do not sign the contract until you read it all.

Constant problems with windows. Have come numerous times to fix issues and never resolved. Constant installation problems. The last time someone came to look at windows, on most of the windows there was no to little insulation so get ice on inside of and a lot of condensation on other windows. Not sure how such a basic part of installation could be missed. It appears to me Window Nation doesn’t use their own installers like I was told they would when purchasing windows. Pretty disappointed in overall experience with how much money was spent on windows. Just want issues resolved.

I noticed there was a gap in a few of windows, enough to move a flame. I opened a ticket. It took three weeks to get someone out here, and so far it’s been another three weeks since the tech was here, and no word on any fix.

While the windows look good and are better quality than the previous windows, the process and communications with most of window Nation team members was difficult. And the salesman lied about a number of items, including that he’d help if there were any issues (I’m here for you)… but after I signed the proposal, he was absent.
I was told, someone would call within a week to schedule a final measure, come out and do a precise measurement to ensure expert fit of windows. Then after windows were manufactured to size, they’d be installed by WN installers. Then after windows installers work only for WN and are specifically trained for their products.
They would spray the old windows with an anti-mold formula to ensure as they’re removed, no mold would become airborne. They use special insulation foams and caulks, not just products from Home Depot.
What really happened:
After more than a week, I called to finally get a measurement done.
The installer stated he installed windows for multiple companies, he was not a WN employee.
No anti-mold/anything was used on old windows prior or during removal.
The windows had significant gaps in the openings, in fact one of the windows had to be remeasured and remade… delaying the completion several more weeks.
Calling WN was always difficult as you get a call center in another state, and who are not helpful.
The windows installers were ok, worked diligently, but did what would be expected.
Only 1 WN employee was of any value and provided excellent service tome… Natalie R. She was great.

It took a long time to get someone out to my home. I made many phone calls to get the appointment set up. I was unable to lock any of the windows.
The individual that came to my home today was very nice and helpful. He said that Window Nation will check on the window situation in the Spring. For now we will keep all the windows locked and follow up in Spring to see if we need additional work on the windows.

BUY LOCAL. This is a national corporation focused on profit, not customer satisfaction. After 3 months of spending multiple days and hours waiting for our installation to be completed the right way, I requested a partial refund to compensate us for our time and aggravation. Pablo, the MN branch manager, verbally agreed that we were due something back. The amount I requested not was unreasonable - it was more than fair. However, when time came to refund us, Pablo ghosted us, citing "staff shortages." When our case landed at corporate HQ in the "Escalation Department," corporate simply bounced it back to Pablo. We never received the small refund we requested. There is no one locally or at corporate that cares one iota about the customers, and their system is designed so you can never directly reach the person you need to talk to. There is no Vice President of Customer service, which speaks volumes. Apparently, no one in the "Escalation Department" cares that my case has never been resolved to my satisfaction. Window Nation simply doesn't care. They can afford to have an unsatisfied customer among its millions - but your local contractor can't. I regret not buying from a local contractor who relies on good reviews and satisfied customers.

The seller promised a different product than the one delivered, so the installation could not be completed, and I was charged the full service fee.
Unsatisfied with the quality and price, it is not worth it.

Then there was the installers. They called ahead, letting us know they were on their way. They arrived on time. They Worked hard the entire time they were at our house, installed 9 windows and cleaned up after them selves. The lead installer walked us through the window operations. It was, from start to finish, a very streamlined experience. We highly recommend Window Nation and their associates.
