Over all the guys doing installs did a nice job. However, I am not happy on how communication with production went. My living room window was the biggest and when windows were to be installed, I find out that window was never even produced yet. They didn’t even have it in warehouse! So we had to wait. I get it. There are delays…. It’s the bad communication that did it for me.

Everything was great from Trevor in sales to the installers. The whole process was quick and easy. They installed 12 windows in less than 4 others. They were very friendly and kept my house neat. I highly recommend them.

Dave did a great job and was very personable.

From finalizing the windows to install, the entire experience has been great! Pat, our sales person was educated and knew exactly what he was selling. And the install team was in and out in half a day! They came and left the house just as they found it. The install team laid down plastic wrap anywhere they were going to walk prior to starting the install. The quality of the windows is top notch and we couldn't be happier! Thank you again!

The whole experience was great. No pressure to purchase more windows than I needed. The installation went well, all debris and old windows were disposed of, and the installer was efficient and he explained how to work the new windows. Also he was very careful to make sure my two cats didn’t escape, which is important to me.

This was the easiest process I ever encountered. The time element was perfect and I’m so happy with the windows. I will be finishing project in the Spring with 6 more windows. Your staff was wonderful courteous and kind as well as helpful. I will recommend to anyone who will listen to me lol

From the purchase of my windows, to the credit approval, to the installation of the windows was exceptional. The salesman was knowledgeable and showed us examples, provided an accurate timeline as to when our windows should be installed and the installation of the them was professionally done. Window Nation has exceeded all my expectations!

Donny was great. He works very fast but always has time to explain something to you. We love the windows... but... we had 2 casement windows that had window air conditioners installed. Your windows have the center crank which doesn't allow putting the window on the sill

Everyone was very professional and provided a great demonstration of the window quality during initial consultation. The installer was quick and efficient, cleaned everything up and did an excellent job. Compare to my old windows my new windows feel like looking outside in HD. Highly recommend Window Nation.

Installation was good, not great

I am happy with the final product for the most part, however, the delays were quite frustrating. The 1st door was delivered the wrong size by 2 1/2 inches, but since the windows i got were correct, we got them installed.
It then took another 5 weeks or so to get a new door of the correct size which was installed but the exterior coil was left white and uneven and looked awful. This was fixed this week and while not perfect, it is MUCH better and we can live with it.

Jason, Our initial representative was very thorough with details and information. He set himself apart from other bids.
Our work crew, led by Carlos, was hard-working, knowledgeable, and meticulous with the removal of old windows, installation of new windows, and post-work clean-up. You can tell that this is a crew and not random guys working a job. Each person had a specific role and worked like the great Ford Assembly Line of the Roaring 20s!
I do notice a few minor scratches from manufacturing on some windows. I would advise the company to wrap them like a car windshield or new phone prior to shipping.

Everybody from the start to finish of this process was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous (sales rep, scheduler, window measurer, install crew, install manager).

It was a quick process, too. I met with the sales rep on June 3 and my windows were installed on July 10. The install crew had 10 windows to replace, which included removing a bay window and replacing it with 2 side-by-side windows that were one big unit. They worked as a team and got everything done in one day. I really feel like everybody went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, both on the inside and outside of the house.

The quality of the windows is excellent, as well, which is important because my old windows were not. I've already noticed that my AC is running less now during the heat of the day than it did prior to my new windows being installed.

With a lifetime warranty, I have peace of mind knowing that if any issues do crop up, Window Nation will send somebody out to fix it.

Thank you to the entire crew, including at the factory, for making this investment/process quick and easy! I would definitely recommend Window Nation to anybody needing new windows.
