They were on time. Didn’t interrupt my activities at the house. The crew was short personnel so they had to come back the next day which I wasn’t ready for but I made it.

The Window Nation Crew, Jeremy Herrin, Brennden and Brayden did a great job. They arrived at the discussed time and called me prior to arrival giving me enough time to wrangle up my cats. They were very polite and professional. They were as disrupted as much as possible. Every day before departing they cleaned up the premises. I was kept informed throughout the process. I will recommend this crew to anyone. thanks for a job well done. The windows and doors look very nice and have greatly reduced the outside noise. The windows are cutting down the heat radiating into my home. I an very please with the workmanship and quality of the windows and doors.

Wish I could have had all the windows wrapped like the three had installed.

Excellent service and speedy installation!

Screws were left on my driveway, piece of sheet metal in my backyard, and one window was installed crooked. Called to have window straightened, and they came out to fix it. Tech made some adjustments on window and it was still crooked. Called again, and this time the tech that came out said it couldn’t be repaired. That it would take extensive work and money to fix the issue. We now have to live with a crooked window on our main floor.

Our sales rep John Reddy was wonderful again (we are return customers). We had windows installed in October and the process was seamless. All was done as expectations were set, etc.
We were hit with Tornado in March, we are just now getting the door installed after countless scheduling communication faults and I had to reach out multiple times for updates during production. Then repair to windows and screens were done but they didnt schedule a second worker to help instal the door so then we needed another crew on another day to come out. The crew came out on a Sunday to fit us in quickly (workers were great) however they weren't loaded with our screen door and the door doesn't fit properly so it doesn't lock. Someone else promised to come this week to install the screen door and fix the lock. Still pending.

Installers on time, efficient, knowledgeable, worked together well, pleasant.

The J Z Crew showed up on time and worked very hard all day with barely taking a 5 minute break. They cleaned up all day as they worked. They were very conscious of any obstacles in and outside the house and careful not to damage anything at all or even walk on flowers. At the end they did a double walk through inside and out to check every single window. I highly recommend Window Nation and we can already feel and hear a change in our house on how the windows have sealed up our house. The crew also let us know we have a wonderful warranty and if there is any problem no matter how small to contact Window Nation ad they will send someone out to the house. This gives us a piece of mind. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Terrible company to deal with! No one to take responsibility for the lack of communication to the paying customer! I apparently am getting ghosted by them now because of all the broken promises that the salesman gave (who is no longer with them) along with multiple others who have left there! The installers damaged my new roof and now can’t get replies for my roof replacement. Offer free stuff that is not free (vacation vouchers that you have to send them $100 and then another $199?) did get baseball tickets (which was not explained how to access tickets) and still have not received any info regarding a promised cruise (which I’m assuming will be like the vacation voucher and cost $$ before we can even find out where or when!). We at least did get our windows installed, unlike some other reviewers! High pressure sales tactics with deadlines that we fell for!
Buyer beware - do your research first !!!
