Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the delivery process didn’t feel clear from your side. We’ve been in direct contact to go through the details, but we wanted to clarify a few points here for transparency:
Your order was placed at 18:30 on Friday 1st November, after the cut-off for same-week dispatch.
The product page clearly states: “This supplier ships orders once a week on Wednesdays.” This information sits directly underneath the product description. Along with an estimated delivery window.
The parcel was delivered and signed for on Friday 14th November, as confirmed by the tracking information. Well within the estimated delivery window.
We couldn’t find any unanswered emails from you because the message you attempted to send was a reply to our automated “noreply” order confirmation email, which states at the top that replies aren’t monitored.
We completely understand the frustration when delivery timings aren’t as expected, and we genuinely appreciate you raising your concerns. We do hope this provides clarity for future customers reading your review and reassures them that all delivery schedules are shown clearly on each product page.

The food was excellent
The food was excellent, authentic Italian. Delivery was perfectly on time, everything was well-packaged and still freshly cooled, complete with clear cooking instructions. All our guests were thoroughly impressed with the quality, and the generous portions were a huge hit! I can highly recommend them.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I had a wowcher deal, but the link did not work. I raised with wowcher who were very good, and raised this to the company, who have never responded. They then changed the status of the wowcher to redeemed (verified by wowcher) but still no wine. I have emailed several times but still no response. I now can't cancel the order, because the wowcher has been redeemed, even though I haven't managed to redeem it, but there is literally no response at all from this shoddy company. Avoid at all costs!!!!
