Good buying experience and fantastic range. Only one minor criticism, delivery communication could be clearer.

Very poor company, poor service, struggled to get in touch with their support team and when I finally did they were unhelpful. There is no direct debit set up so you don't know when money is coming out and delivery takes approx 4-6 weeks,blaming their delivery firm rather than taking responsibility. Avoid this company at all costs.

Did not receive order which I paid for June 3rd. Received a dispatch notification 2 weeks later that never updated for a month. Reached out to company July 21st and after a bit back and forth to get a refund my last 2 messages have gone unanswered. I'm now going through the card company to get my money back.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and will never use again.

Great service, found the wine I wanted and really well packed. 4 stars rather than 5 as I didn't get a lot of communication about when it would be arriving. Overall very happy about the actual WINE!!

Easy online ordering, great communication confirming my order, advising when it was dispatched and then an email requesting feedback!! Hence I’m here!!!

Bit of a wait due to delivery schedule to uk, but good communication and well worth it. Love this drink and to find 1l bottles is great as difficult to find post Brexit. Thanks

Really good communication from when order was placed until delivery. I had to chase up the order but my questions were dealt with promptly and the delay addressed. I always feel a sign of a good company is how they deal with any issue, and in this case my issue was dealt with efficiently and courteously, so thank you.

Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid

I had a terrible experience with Wine Buyers and unfortunately cannot recommend them. I placed an order and was charged immediately, but the wine was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no clear updates or resolution.

Communication has been incredibly poor throughout – emails have gone unanswered, and no one seems willing to take responsibility. I requested a refund due to the non-delivery, but weeks later, I’m still out of pocket with no wine and no refund.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with premium products. It’s really disappointing to see a company take payment without fulfilling their part or keeping customers informed.

Be very cautious before ordering – based on my experience, I would not use Wine Buyers

Ordered a Port that is difficult to get hold of at a reasonable price.
Prompt communication at all times, there was a glitch with a supplier but once I'd contacted wine buyers this was resolved pretty quickly.

Easy to use website, clear pricing, good dispatch and delivery updates.

Excellent service. When the port I ordered went out of stock the supplier immediately offered a very acceptable alternative, so no hassle of refunds and having to order again. Duly arrived safely packaged.

Competitively priced and good selection of wines,although delivery was a tad long but as it was through a third party wine supplier in Europe, understandable.

It took over 3 weeks to receive the order when it should have taken 7 days.
I got good follow up from you but only when I raised my concern and it would have been better if you had advised about the delay before I had waited 2 weeks.

Good delivery price which makes a big difference in my choices. Wine a good price too and boxed up securely. Only criticism was lack of information on delivery. Knew it was shipped but then no updates. I didn't get a password maybe that would have helped but I would have liked more information in delivery progress. Came after 11 days with message from carrier on day. 4 1/2 stars as everything else great and would use again!
