Wingmirrorparts Reviews

Great easy to follow web site, with a very good description including the fact that the orginal seal from the original mirror would be needed. I feel it would be difficult to order the wrong part.
The mirror was securely packaged and was a direct fit.
I would definately use Wingmirror parts again.

Excellent part fit into place like an original part.

The product was easy to source from the website, came carefully packaged, was as described and did the job. Price was what i would have expected, not much more to say but should i need more parts will likely use these guys again.

Quick service, much cheaper than OEM. Does the job.

I recently placed an order with Wing Mirror Parts for a wing mirror. Within approximately 10 minutes of placing the order, I realised that I needed to cancel it, so I immediately submitted a cancellation request.

Unfortunately, I received no acknowledgement or confirmation that my cancellation request had been received. I was also concerned to discover that I had been charged almost double the delivery amount I was expecting, without any clear notification or explanation of the additional charge.

Despite my prompt cancellation request, I have since received an email informing me that the item is still being sent for delivery.

I do not believe it is reasonable for me to be responsible for returning an item when I made every reasonable effort to cancel the order almost immediately after placing it. I am particularly concerned that I may then be expected to pay an excessive return charge for an item I tried to cancel promptly.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service I have experienced. I believe the fairest resolution would be to cancel the order and provide a full refund, including the delivery charge, without requiring me to incur any return costs.

I hope Wing Mirror Parts will resolve this matter fairly and promptly. At this stage, I would not recommend using the company based on my experience.

Misaligned, contacted multiple times as yet no answer and no replacement

Easy sitd to navigate, straight forward to order, good communication, item as described and arrived safely and delivered within a few days.

A great response in providing a replacement part

The wing mirror was sent quickly and cost considerably less than a Mercedes one. Fitted perfectly and is a great job.

Excellent clear and usable website , delivery received as advised, Item ordered was very good quality and very reasonably priced compared to other suppliers.
Fitted in minutes and an excellent replacement wing mirror

Very professional and reliable seller, I've received my order in 2 days and a good quality at reasonable price.
Highly recommended 👌

I have ordered 2 mirror covers brand new for my car...one of them has a faulty indicator.
They never tried to solve the problem.
Avoid with any cost !!!

Ordered complete wing mirror, arrived in the time stated, very well packed, fitted like a glove . Excellent service, very good value for money. Recommend without reservation . Would use again (hope I don’t have to)

I had difficulty sourcing this car part that could be delivered within 10 days. After finding it on this site I ordered it. It was delivered within the time frame promised. It was in perfect condition and was fitted my our mechanic on same day.

Price was good. Shipping fair price too and was quick

Item was perfect condition and is now fitted perfectly

No complaints at all 10/10 from me

Wing mirror arrived from Ireland, Thought it was coming from Yorkshire but not a problem as it arrived very quickly . Well packaged to protect it .

My order came promptly and was kept updated with dispatch and delivery dates. The part was exactly what I ordered and fitted it within 30 mins. Good that the outer cover of the mirror was packaged separately so I could spray it to colour match it, and clip it on later. All in all great service and decent quality part.
