I wish I could give lower than 1 star. Honestly I don’t know where the 5 star ratings have come from. They must be fake? This is my second review because I feel so strongly about how awful this company is. I finally got my refund today 4th November 2026. Refund process started 18th September. My advise do not use these crooks

Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered a wing mirror back in August, they took my money but the part was not in stock. They cancelled my order but as of today 30th October I have still not got my money back. The manager I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and abusive to me. Avoid using this company

more or less echo what others have said. still waiting for a wing mirror 3 months after ordering with no information. seem useless. contacted numerous t8mes and no one has ever followed up despite encouraging emails and a seemingly plausible complaints procedure. I really wouldn't recommend this lot at all..

Do not use this site. They don’t have the goods if they do they don’t deliver them and it’s a nightmare to get your money back! When you complain the male customer service representative is short and can only raise a ticket and then nothing happens- sheisters! Do not touch

The first time of using this company was 5 star BUT on this occasion I’m struggling to give even one star
I phoned up to enquire about my item that’s not been delivered, and the customer service guy was rude, spoke over me and was un professional !!!!

Cancelled order on 10th September. Still havent recieved refund. Used their webchat once the 28 day period had passed and thry tried to tell me my prder was cancelled on 29th but I fortunately I had evidence this was not the case. Spoke today to customer services and they said the refund has been processed and id receive an email confirmation of this. Few hours later and still nothing. Back to the webcam I go, just want my money back!

If I could give ´0´ I would. Firstly, the wing mirror I received was not a perfect fit and the mechanic had to saw off some inner notches and pad the mirror inside for it to be a little bit effective. (this was a powered mirror but only extended slightly out after the fiddling by the mechanic). Secondly, although I contacted them as I was worried about whether the colour would be the correct grey, THEY STILL SENT ME THE WRONG GREY. (they told me it would be checked against my reg and it wasn't). Then it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive because of the painting (which was incorrect). So as I was in need of the wing mirror the mechanic fitted it but then patched up the old casing as it was the right colour. They then would not let me return the wrong colour casing as they said they would only accept the complete unit. I could not afford then to wait over a month for a wing mirror to be fitted. If they had at least refunded the extra money I spent on painting I would not be so infuriated. I sent them photos showing the completely wrong grey and they accepted they had painted it incorrectly. So not a good experience.

Purchased a wing mirror glass and paid for a speedy ( 2 day) delivery as it was a stocked item ( according to my initial order) I later made contact with them re it delivery. I was then told it wasn't a stocked item and would be delivered as soon as it had been moved through their system. It took almost 10 days before it arrived, The issue is around tbe refund of the postage as it would have been free postage via the normal delivery service. Another enquiry and I was told the refund had been issued to the card used. Again it didn't happen. I was told it could take 3-5 days. Again it didn't happen. I made.contact and was told be some obnoxious customer service employee, it could take 28 days as stated in their terms and conditions of the small print. Now that time has come and gone and still no refund. I have emailed them and I am not getting and reply or update on the failure.

An absolutely diabolical company. Scammers who will take your payment without telling you the goods are out of stock, then when clearly unable to fulfill the order, they do not process the refund.
Arrogant and cocky on the phone.
Order from this company at your peril. Definitely avoid. Read all the bad reviews.

Took my money, never delivered, and then cancelled the order when I complained.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from The Wing Mirror Man to think very carefully before doing so.

I ordered wing mirrors using links supplied directly by WMM following a product enquiry, specifically for my vehicle. Once fitted, both mirrors had multiple serious issues: they over-folded and hit the vehicle bodywork, the Blind Spot Assist did not work, the heating function did not work, and the mirror glass had insufficient adjustment, reducing the driver's field of view.

When I raised these issues, I was extremely disappointed by the response from customer support. Rather than focusing on resolving the faults, the approach became accusatory and confrontational, including suggestions that the body shop had caused or damaged the mirrors.

I subsequently lost confidence in WMM's ability to resolve the problems and requested a refund. The refund was accepted.

The mirrors were returned and genuine mirrors were fitted to the same vehicle. The genuine mirrors worked correctly, with none of the problems experienced with the WMM-supplied mirrors.

Despite this, the situation became even more frustrating. WMM subsequently stated that the mirrors had been tested and apparently no fault had been found, yet no testing evidence or results have ever been provided to me.

WMM then changed tack and claimed that I had ordered the wrong mirrors.

The problem with that explanation is that I ordered the mirrors using links provided by WMM themselves, and I have email evidence proving this. Despite being presented with that evidence, WMM have failed to properly explain why they provided links to parts they now claim were incorrect.

So the sequence, from my perspective, has been:

Faulty/problematic mirrors supplied.
Multiple faults reported.
Support became accusatory, including suggestions that the body shop had caused the problems.
I requested a refund.
The refund was accepted.
The mirrors were returned.
Genuine mirrors fitted to the same vehicle worked correctly.
WMM claimed their testing found no fault, but provided no testing evidence.
WMM sent back the faulty mirrors.
WMM subsequently claimed I had ordered the wrong parts.
I provided evidence that WMM themselves supplied the links used to order the parts.
That evidence has still not been properly addressed.
I am still chasing the refund that was already accepted.

The length of time this process has taken is also a serious concern. I would strongly advise anyone dealing with a dispute like this to keep every email, support ticket, photograph, invoice and record of every attempt to resolve the matter. Do not rely on telephone conversations alone.

In my case, the prolonged process and repeated deflection left me concerned that the matter was being dragged out towards the 120-day timeframe commonly associated with card chargeback claims. Whether intentional or not, the effect was the same: I was left having to take additional steps to protect my position.

Ultimately, because the refund still wasn't forthcoming and I had retained substantial evidence of the correspondence and what I consider to be WMM's repeated attempts to deflect responsibility, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my card company.

I have been patient, cooperative and have given WMM every reasonable opportunity to resolve this matter. I did not immediately resort to a chargeback; I did so only after the agreed refund remained unpaid and I had exhausted what I considered reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Unfortunately, my experience has been poor products followed by poor and confrontational customer service, changing explanations, a failure to properly engage with evidence, and an unresolved refund.

My advice based on my experience: RUN A MILE.

Very dubious after reading the reviews but decided to take a gamble. Experience was excellent, a quick reply on email confirmed I was looking at the correct mirror, 2 emails saying the mirror was being prepared and sent, arrived within a week. The mirror its self was correct and fitted easily, the three securing bolts were not transferable from the old unit so I had to find three bolts to match. Cannot fault them

I ordered a wing mirror indicator for my Volvo it turned out I didn’t need it in the end, I did the online form to request a cancellation before it was sent iut, never had any correspondence, parcel arrived next day, I did a refund request as per website and over the phone and posted by Royal Mail tracked delivery to be told it was a active request and refund to refund my amount and laughed down the phone this was recorded and sent to the bank

Despite accepted returns of wrong item sent, they ignore you when it comes to refund. Now having to process through bank. Look up company house and you can seeing this is not a good company to deal with! Avoid.

Would anybody on here like to join me in taking this company to court? Paid a couple of hundred pounds for a part that never arrived - and reading these reviews it's basically fraud being committed on a regular basis. Time to do something about it.

Really poor service, wing mirror led strips were shown in stock so I ordered and paid for next day delivery. Not only did I get an email at 4pm the next day saying there was a problem with my order I called up to be told it would be 2-3 weeks. I don't believe these parts were ever in stock and to be told good luck when trying to find parts elsewhere was just unprofessional. I won't ever use them again.

If I could rate Wing Mirror Man no stars, I would. I ordered a wing mirror on the 3rd of July and we were told that there was an issue with stock, and that it would be delayed. Long story short, the company is terrible and we have never received the order. After multiple calls and emails and non existant customer service, we have given up and requested a charge back through the bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst company ever, waited 6 weeks for a wingmirror never arrived! They lied and said it was in stock repeatedly when it wasn't. Don't do business with this company!

NO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!
Phoned before ordering to check stock was advised 5-7WD's, placed the order and paid £364.69.
Was then advised the wing mirror would not be available for 2-3 months. Straight away cancelled my order for a refund.
This was 22/04/26 and was advised the refund would take up to 10 business days.
I am writing this review on 31/07/26 and have still not received the refund!
Have phoned & emailed on many of occasion chasing this refund to be greeted with very rude staff.

Ordered a wing mirror, they sent the incorrect mirror, returned the mirror after they admitted they messed up the order. When I returned it, they sent it back to me and after persistently chasing and no reply I’m left out of pocket by nearly £200 and an incorrect part.
