Their 250th Anniversary bells are crap. The gold embellishment on raised lettering looked like they were done by a three-year old. Based on other reviews, they excel at marketing many shoddy products.

Wish I had read these reviews, all negative reviews are accurate.
3 items bought, one turned up as a different colour and design. Asked for explanation, apparently this can happen, so asked for either the original item to be sent as it was advertised or a refund. Only refund of 30% being offered so far, so going to Trading Standards to report. Absolute waste of time, company obviously not bothered about customers in any way.

I kept seeing this ad on google for a marble (or so i thought) cat head with dfferent eye colors. Originally priced at $59.99 but on sale for $24.99. I loved it. What I received was a black shiny plastic cat head. So, please do not fall for what I fell for. They offered me a 10% refund.

Do not buy anything from this company. Items are made of cheap plastic. Nothing like the photos on the website. Return address is in China. Would have cost me £32 to return goods with a tracking number. Have managed to get a 40% refund. Still £40 out of pocket. Carole

This was brought as a house warming present. But when I received it there was absolutely no way that I was going to give it. Because, unlike this product, I am NOT cheap and nasty. The product was made of a very thin plastic, the lid was unfit for purpose. I have never before written a bad review for anything, but I am so disappointed that I felt I had to write this and let other know that this product is rubbish. It may look like china but it is not!

The item that I ordered looked very different from the photo on the website, and the quality was very poor for the price. It was very cheaply made. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all.

DON’T DO IT ! This canister is cheap, very thin styrofoam. I thought it was a joke. Another Chinese rip off.

Stupidly bought an item before reading the reviews for this company.
Received a plastic pot instead of a hand made one,the price was in GBP but got charged in dollars. Managed to get a full refund from my card company.Please be aware and check the reviews before you order from this company

The product was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. However, the quality was cheap. The canister was a very thin plastic, thinner than a regular drinking glass.

My elderly mother was duped by the advertising for the canister, too. How despicable to not offer a FULL refund. 10% off the price she paid and 30% off a future order she'll NEVER make. Very poor form. Having looked at the advert it is clear to see this is false advertising, the images make it look like a ceramic pot, it's not, it's cheap plastic - admittedly it does say lower down that the product is plastic, but it also says "made of high quality material", that's really not the case. As others have said, AVOID

If it was possible to leave zero Stars, I would. When I ordered the canisters, I intended them to be gifts for friends. The pictures presented online made them appear to be hand-painted and quite charming. What I actually received was garbage. Not only were the canisters decaled and painted with smears, the plastic was as flimsy as a plastic milk container, and the lids were impossible to remove without force. It was as if the lids were sealed shut. When I contacted the company to let them know I was very unhappy with the quality, I was told they would not accept the product back. I told him it was unacceptable to expect me to keep garbage, and they offered me $10 credit for $160 worth of merchandise. After several back and forth messages, they finally gave me details to return the product to them at my cost. Adding insult to injury, they are going to charge me a restocking fee. Believe me, I regret making this purchase and advise other customers to never do business with this company.

I bought a cannister for my friend for Christmas it has just arrived, I opened it to find that I have been taken for a complete fool. I thought it would be handmade pottery and made with care, I cannot get the lid off and it has been made of cheap smelly plastic. Thank you WiseGardeners for being Wise enough to con me. I hope you enjoy the money I paid for your rubbish product and the trading laws catch-up with you con artists. Shame on you.

Terrible quality of the products, dont buy anything from them, after negotiate i only got a 30% back. I dont recommend it.

You have to pay to get an answer re a product not received- so wrong. They won't help unless you do.

Fuming. Loved the pot with attitude, but not ever ordering from them again.

Bought set of three canisters for presents. Lightweight and made of poor quality plastic, poor finishing and decoration. A struggle to remove lids. Paid over £20 for each canister and offered 20% refund and a discount on next purchase(!).

This company has had poor reviews on your site previously, and nothing I can say would improve that. The hand made cannisters are shocking, stay very well clear of them.

DISPICABLY AWFUL PRODUCTS
Bought 3 canisters for presents, extremely poor in quality, looked like they were painted by a 5 year old, lids very difficult to open, utter utter rubbish. Complained to the company who won't accept them back so no refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! the canister ("handmade") I ordered was plastic. I know, the Chinese, yes it is a Chinese company, probably defecate plastic, but definitely a scam website that appears time and time again in a "pop up". £25 I could have given to charity instead.. it maybe would have assisted in human rights issues in China! We can always rely on China for scam websites, human rights atrocities, "herbal medicines" (where countless animals are tortured and killed) and yes, last, but not least...deadly viruses. Gee, thanks China! I try to avoid as much as possible ordering anything from that country and they are on to it now, with what looks like AND IS NOT, a UK company. They're sneaky little cockraches!

The company should actually send the product they advertised, not a cheap replica. It's false advertising. They won't refund the full amount or pay for return shipping. Buyers, definitely be aware!

I saw a mug on their website that looked like it had three-dimensional elements and the description even said 3D. When I received the mug, it was not as described. It looked like a label was just attached to the mug and there were no 3D elements. I thought this was rather deceptive and asked the company to return the item, which they refused. After threatening to leave negative reviews, they offered me a tiny percentage of the original purchase price back, explaining that they had expenses including shipping. They obviously don't care about their reputation, and I will never order from them again. Also, they don’t provide any tracking info.
