I ordered the dog in a boot ornament. I expected to receive an actual ornament as pictured on the website. What I actually received was a cheap plastic 2 inch cut out picture of a dog in a boot. The item i got probably cost less than 50 cents to mass produce. So disappointed. Perhaps you should put a correct picture and detail of this item on your website. Your misrepresentation is criminal.

I bought the cocker spaniel in a boot Christmas ornaments for a gift. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was when it finally arrived. It was very tiny and looked very cheap. Probably worth 5 dollars. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Ordered PetPad but rec'd a Baby Slapped Pad. This is not what I paid for nor what I ordered! Beware. This company is a scam.
I received pet pad cat toy but it came today with absolutely no instructions, plus it says it's for baby not a cat. Cheap junk, and waited way over a month for it. I'm going to dispute with my card, since I can't get in touch with the seller.

I did contact your customer service before entering my review and basically got the same "canned" response as their reply except not getting what I expected, saying it was for babies when I ordered for my cat Pet Pad (a different species from a human baby) It leaked and was thrown in the trash. I still stand by my original review! A complete waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!

Felt mice, set of 5
I ordered the set of felt mice. They aren't near as cute as the pictures. They have flat faces, no whiskers, don't stand and one even had an ear that wasn't attached.
