The staff members who I spoke to were very courteous and sorted the issue I had with connecting to a new Router. The staff are knowledgeable and fully capable of helping a relatively inexperienced computer user. 5 STAR performance.

Have been using my Drayton wiser system for a few years now and have just changed from a single Chanel hub to a two Chanel. Had an issue when changing over which was quickly resolved. App is constantly updated and improved and I think a lot cold company’s could learn a thing or two from the excellent technical support.

My original Geo Trio IHD failed and whilst there were a few issues getting the old IHD removed from my account and then getting the new IHD connected to my account so that I could access the Insights+ Data, the Wiser Support team worked hard to resolve the issue and kept me informed every step of the way.

Awful products bought the controller in sept 2023 Wickes and additional trvs from Screwfix. Having set it up but used it sparingly as not all rads had trvs overwinter 23, there were a few glitches..here are some issues
Controller lights red occasionaly not sure why.
Recently when the system calls for heat the boiler doesn't fire, work around manually ask for hot water in controller, no response from support on this.
The batteries dont last very long - a few month max, rechargeablee not an option.
Ive had to return 2 trvs for replacements as the they stopped responding all together.
Notification from the app not working support unable to provide a fix.
Whats good - remote turn on hot water when returning from being away. Was it worth the money, not a chance. Drayton, if you read this feel free to buy this awful kit back from me, as i deemed it not fit for purpose.
Advice to others, look at other branded first, but consider if its worth the extension i'r just use legs and standard trv valve to control room temp

update notification now working by deleting the whole system and starting again, but updates say thermostat # where # is a number not the name of the trv or even room
biggest issue is batterylife, this is not eco cause it eats batteries..even branded versions of alkaline AAs
Every time I am so grateful to be able to call and speak to a kind, patient, knowledgeable technician when things go wrong at bad moments! This was just before Christmas and Mike was lovely and very patient even though it was most likely user error! This is why I have stuck with the Wiser system over others so please keep it up!

This companies customer service is second to none. Helpful before choosing the correct product. Very pleased with the new thermostats. A small problem with the Away mode was addressed, and with their guidance, corrected., and problem solved. Very quick, courteous, patient, and efficient.
If only all companies could be more like this!

I can’t understand why anyone would waste their money on this.
Recently moved into a home with Wiser thermostats installed on every radiator. So I have to manually connect around 15 radiators to a system. And they all require batteries. They refuse to connect - I have no control over whether they are on or off and have to sleep with the windows open as I can’t turn off the heating - this is so energy inefficient it is unreal. Why anyone would want this over complicated system which patently doesn’t work is beyond me. Don’t waste your money

Excellent product and easy to fit. Had a few small issues but all resolved thanks to the support team via email. Would recommend it for heating system at home.

Excellent products & superb customer service. We bought a Drayton Central heating kit as it was the only one at the time that could have more than one Central Heating sytem control as well as a seperate Hot Water channel. We also has smart plugs which are great. One of teh smartn plugs recently stopped functioning and I e-mailed Drayton. They responded within 24 hours with instructions of how to reset the plug & now it works perfectly. Excellent!

Really pleased it's now resolved, but would have preferred to be able to speak to someone rather than via email. It would have been resolved a lot quicker.
