ZERO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS OR THE PHONE. They are supposedly checking if they can “replace the battery” the laptop that i bought from them since the battery life was absolute garbage and i sent it back and CRICKETS no response and it’s been there a week. They offered a refund if they didn’t have a battery but how would i know what’s going on… they do not communicate. I never leave reviews but this company has the shittiest customer support and send out laptops that don’t function properly.

You guys stole my money from me. I ended up buying off of your SHOP app from your website, and now they’re telling me I never bought a MacBook from you guys. $298 wasted cause you guys didn’t wanna actually give me the laptop. Ridiculous .

I ordered a refurb laptop workstation from Wisetek through their BackMarket storefront. The laptop arrived quickly, and the laptop itself was, as best as I could tell, in good working condition with the expected minor cosmetic defects on the case.

HOWEVER, they sent me an incompatible charger. The workstation I ordered, according to Dell's website and a simple google lookup, requires a 130W USB-C charger. They sent me a 65W. Upon plugging it in, I immediately got a BIOS warning that I was using the incorrect charger and that it may not charge at all or very slowly.

I reached out to them directly on their website and also thru BackMarket. They offered to replace the charger BUT I had to first send back the incompatible 65W charger. I tried to explain that with no charger at all, I would have a dead, unusable laptop, and Wisetek needed to send me the correct 130W charger first (because at least the 65W charger would charge if my laptop was powered off overnight).
Wisetek refused, and then said they would send the correct charger once they saw a scan from UPS showing that I'd dropped off the 65W charger. So I did. But instead of sending out the 130W charger immediately once they saw that the 65W charger was on its way, they held it back until my 65W charger arrived at their store.
THEN, they still didn't ship the 130W charger, and asked me to send over my device ID "to make sure they sent me the correct charger." 1st of all, there's only 1 Dell 130W USB-C charger, and 2nd, if they needed that info, they could've asked long before this rather than waiting until then, which just produced more delays.
Finally, they shipped out the 130W charger, HOWEVER despite all of this being their mistake in the 1st place, and me requesting that they send the replacement as a rush, they simply dropped off the 130W charger in standard slow UPS. So I won't get my charger now until 5-6 business days. Which, according to the tracking, will result in me being 12 days total without being able to use my laptop that I purchased from them.

Finally, despite all of this massive inconvenience, hassle from their mistake, I never once received an apology, they made no attempt to expedite the fix, and they offered no partial refund or credit or anything as a demonstration of goodwill for their mistake or to retain my future business.

So that being said, if Wisetek doesn't screw up your order and sends you everything fine the 1st time, you'll probably have a 5 Star experience. If Wisetek messes up your order...well, you'll probably have a 1 star experience like me.

I ordered a mobile phone advertised as being in “very good condition” from Wisetek. It arrived PIN-locked, poorly packaged, and unprotected, leaving it to rattle around inside the parcel. The phone was also covered in sticker residue, dirt, and greasy fingerprints. Wisetek offered a return and refund by email, but despite my reply, no further action has been taken. All subsequent emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.

I order Google Pixel 6 pro. The product was immaculate, the service and customer communication was flawless.

Disappointed. The laptop was supposed to have 500 GB drive space I got around 100 GB and the rest is unallocated, and I was NOT able to expand. Then the Windows Pro 11 OS is asking for license activation and the battery run time is nowhere close to what is advertised. I was offered possible reduce price to keep the laptop, I did not agree to that. I had to return, and now I am hoping to get a replacement with the same laptop.

Fantastic service, responded to a query on a bank holiday. Gave me plenty of technical information on the PC I was interested in (they gave me a screenshot of the specs of the machine), and they shipped very fast. On my door step in less than 48 hours after ordering. Ordered a "good" machine instead of a "very good" machine, opened it up and everything was tidy inside. It even had a discrete video card installed (RTX 2060 Super) that was not advertised as part of the product! Very, very happy with the service, speed, transparency and quality.

I received my refurbished lenovo thinkpad p53 today and all I can say is wow it exceeded my expectations by 100%. They even took great care with packaging the computer for transport and arrived in great condition no damage or flaws and a brand new windows 11 pro installed and started right up and I ran the lenovo vantage report for the battery which came back as good with no issues wasnt running hot just very very pleased overall with the whole transaction from the price to the warranty they offer. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend them especially if your looking for refurbished. I was hesitant at first considering refurbished but after looking more at the reviews I decided to go for it and im very pleased. You would never know this computer was used. And believe me it takes alot for me to leave a Review because not much impresses me these days but this computer is awesome.

Ordered a refurbished computer and the computer arrived broken. Sound did not work and neither bid the Bluetooth. I called several times and was never able to get ahold of someone. I returned the computer. DON'T BUY FOMR HERE. - - - I have emailed sales@wisetekmarket and I have been getting email Failure Notice. I have tried calling and no one picks up.

Sent the wrong computer. It was a 14 instead of 15". They didn't have the right one in stock, so I opted for a discount. In the time elapse in dialog between myself and Wisetek, Ebay closed the opportunity to rate or return. Now Wisetek just says "We're working on it!" but I know they aren't. They know I can't give negative feedback. I'm screwed. Oh well. Shop somewhere else...

I recently bought a PC from this company and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, delivery was fast, and the PC arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

I was looking to purchase a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad X1. After a few days searching on the internet, I finally came across a company I'd never heard of before, that being Wisetek based in Cork. I contacted them with a couple of questions regarding the X1. I found them to be quickly reactive and very helpful. I ordered the unit on the Tuesday, it was despatched on the Wednesday afternoon, I received it on Thursday at 13:30. I was more than surprised at the rapidity of the delivery as I live in the South of France. The X1 was in the condition advertised, I had it up and running in no time. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Many thanks to all the team at Wisetek.

Typically good but i sent my 83 yo mother there to purchase a laptop. Once she received it wouldn't boot up. Like no QC at all. No response on email. I can't recommend

The product was great for the price and arrived faster than expected.
There is a need to provide specifications of their website, i had to depend on copilot to confirm if the laptop is touchscreen or not, it is important to include in very great details of the specification and features.
