Exceeded Expectations
My Sabbat box set arrived today and it’s absolutely wonderful. The presentation is beautiful and put together with such care.
I especially loved the bag, the smudge bowl, the terracotta plaque and the tealight holder. All excellent quality and clearly chosen with thought. As someone fairly new to this, I also really appreciated how user-friendly everything is. And finally - customer service is excellent with an easy to navigate website.

Excellent service, parcel always arrives on time. It’s nice that they let us know when the parcel is being delivered. Also if you message them for cancelling or pausing a box they are very quick to reply.

When I first subscribed to Witchbox I…
When I first subscribed to Witchbox I looked forward to the box every month as there was always beautiful items that were actually useful in my craft. Since the company changed ownership however, I've become more and more disappointed.
The december box is so dissapointing I will not be continuing my subscription. There is one item relating to Yule or seasonal magic and its a wooden coaster. This box is full of generic giftware that litle thought appears to have gone into. Where are the craft supplies and tools we all loved? There is no actual witchcaft in these boxes anymore and it makes me so sad.

While maybe one item is of value
While maybe one item is of high value, the other items, not so! I feel the cost of the box to the items within do not reflect a greater value as claimed. If you're happy to get alot of bloat to get one good item then this box is for you.

I have been subscribing to Witchbox for about a year now. The products are beautifully amazing. Any queries are responded to quickly. I have also purchased individual items for myself or as gifts for family and friends. The boxes are beautifully presented and worth every penny.

Great for mums and daughters
Love our monthly subscription. I get it to share with my 7 year old daughters, for a bit of magic, connecting with nature and their own inner goddesses. We all really look forward to each month!

The original owners sold this box and EVERYTHING.
and now you no longer get really witch-y stuff, you get cheap landfill bought via whole sale that is not even partly worth what you pay for the box.
my oktober box - the box of all hallow's eve contained a CHEAP PLASTIC WAND! the original owners would never. This box was always sprinkled with some wholesale stuff/ cheap trinkets, but before the sale at least the sprit was there. DO NOT BUY!

I thought it could have been better.
I didn’t really like the theme.
But I am looking forward to this month’s box and hopefully it will be better than last month’s box

No le doy las 5 estrellas pq tuve que esperar mucho para tenerla en mis manos, pero la caja estuvo muy bien me encantó cada elemento! He dejado la suscripción por las tazas que debo de pagar de aduanas cuando me llega que la encarece mucho! Me hubiera gustado seguir y ver cada mes las sorpresas!

Regarding you comment regarding custom fees yes we do understand and we are looking at how we can resolve this going forwards - if possible.
