Love the monthly boxes, would like to see a slightly different range in the coming months as has gotten a little same old but still love receiving the boxes.

I used to have a box every month from witchbox but got a bit bored with what was in it so cancelled
I was approached by these lovely people who had taken it over so I thought what the heck let’s see what’s changed!
Well I can tell you I was very surprised! My 1st box was August the goddess box and wow I was amazed at what was in it
Some lovely interesting items indeed it was like Christmas had come early!
I have a young grandaughter who is following in my footsteps of being “witchy” so some items I will gift to her

I love this subscription box. It's a bit pricier for me, not living in the UK, but I think the quality it's worth its money. I just love the surprise of opening the boxes every time when they arrive!

I look forward to it every month. Each box is unique and so creative. Highly recommended!

I received my first monthly box today & OH. MY. GOSH. Every single item was absolutely stunning, it was so perfectly picked and matched to this month’s theme😍😍 The new owners Bee & Rocky are absolutely amazing and are both VERY knowledgeable about all the items that are personally picked to go into the box and opening them all today was so exciting! & i already can’t WAIT to see what is in the future boxes🥰 Can’t recommend them enough! thank you so much for this beautiful box💜💜

I was looking for a witchy subscription box as a treat for myself, and decided to give witch box a try. I ordered the previous months box as well as beginning a new subscription (confidence magick, it seemed very appropriate to me!) It arrived very quickly, the items are all well packaged and beautiful! I am very pleased with this and excited for my monthly treats now, thank you Witchbox!

Hey guys. Okay firstly I’d just like to mention that witchbox has recently been taken over by some beautiful people called rocky and bee.

I’m someone who reads all the reviews and normally will not subscribe as money is tight. I think we all can agree! HOWEVER I will say this! I thought I’d by myself a surprise box and it’s absolutely beautiful! I’ve been into spiritualism for a long time now and I actually love everything in the box! It’s definitely worth the money I paid! I can’t talk for those being taxed overseas of course!

I would love to add a photo but as a description I’ve got specially made bath salts, an air Candle which smell divine! Amethyst pendulum! Ground spell candles set of 12. A beautifully designed ritual spoon designed by them for spell casting. Black onyx with a descriptive card. I’ve got a small compass and I got instructions from a personalised spellbook (I assume) of there’s for a simple love spell!! (I love this as people even as me always need to back to basics to remember what it’s about love,light and positivity. I also got a motivational card which I love!

The box was shipped to me to the EU, meaning I had to pay tax as well since it came from the UK. The price and the tax is just not worth it. I felt more and more dissapointed after each box I received. I got several notebooks, pins, basic household species like salt or cinnamon in fancy little containers and different size candles over the months. The handcrafted items are sometimes pretty other times they just don't hit. Last month it was a piece of wood(?) and an emroidery kit straight from aliexpress. Last summer we got a bunch of hanging sea shells which looked really stupid and it's not something I want to see in my home ever. The monthly art and stone were also underwhelming. I just cannot justify my purchase anymore. With the tax I have to pay I honestly do not feel like I get my money's worth. I wish they had items that I cannot buy in my corner store (like the 3 differently labeled salts I received over the year) or order from shein, but none of my boxes made me feel like I actually got my money back.

I’m a fairly new customer to Witchbox but have received AMAZING customer support from this company.
The products that they sell are amazing in terms of quality and originality. They have amazing sales, such as the Beltane sale, which allows you to order past items and boxes available at such an amazing price. It makes you feel so happy to be able to experience more of the joy of the items you perhaps missed out on before subscribing.
The shipping is not tracked with shipping outside of the UK but I haven’t had any problems with shipping to my location and the items have so far been delivered intact. The items are wrapped well and have packing confetti to keep them safe.
Best of all, it’s FAST.
They handle customs logging very thoroughly and they are very professional.

Most of all, they have amazing customer support.
When I realized that I ordered a duplicate item, they were very fast to reply and able to handle the situation with such kindness and in an incredibly timely manner.

They also have a special items in stock and a group for those who subscribe to their monthly subscription, which I think is just such a lovely addition to their service.

They really do their research when it comes to their content and items included and it’s all packaged with love.

10/10 experience and I want to be a customer for life!

If you're interested in magick & learning the art of being a witch then this company is a good place to start they have plenty of supplies to get you started on your journey they provide a monthly subscription witchbox with a different magical theme every month the pieces in these boxes are very well crafted & they contain some beautiful pieces it's ideal whether you're a beginner witch or a experienced one it's well worth checking this company out the boxes are very good value for money especially with some of the pieces that you receive each month & these boxes never disappoint

This company is Magical!! I loved recieving the boxes and hope to reinstate getting them again soon. I loved knowing they were on the way and got so excited to open them. It's just a very self loving thing to do for yourself if you re drawn to witching 💕❤️💕 I have some beautiful alter decorations and tools that has become a staple to my magical practice. I can't sing your praises enough xx

With every box i receive Deb & Ella surpass themselves ...I've never been disappointed. From spell craft, rituals, incense, crystals and one of a kind goodies . My only complaint is I need more shelves put up to store it all ! Thank you Deb & Ella for my monthly box of Witchy joy xxx

A brilliant box to get. My daughter and I open mine together. There is always good helpful products in box. I love receiving my monthly box. Every witch should join up.

Cannot fault in any way

It was all ok for a couple months but they forget an item in a box.
I contacted them (no one replied for ages) when they got back to me they refused to sent it out until the next subscription box. I re started my subscription as had cancelled it. Cancelled on the 19/3 but was charged for my cancelled box one the 31/3 as well as the new subscription. 2 boxes sent contacted them to be told it wasn’t there fault. They also lied trying to say I cancelled the wrong one which I was able to prove was incorrect (I really don’t understand how missing items and then charging for a cancelled box is my fault) I got told I can return the box for a refund and that was that so I now have to print and return at my own expense and time for there mistake which they’re basically blamed me for! Shocking

Twice now I have received my witch box and third one is already ordered. Could not be happier with this! The monthly box is so great! You get really interesting items and definitely worth the money! I absolutely love this company and I am over the moon every time a box arrives! They also notify you when your box has been ordered and when it has been shipped. I have had no issues with them and I have heard they go above and beyond for anyone who ever comes across an issue. They are so much more than a shop though, their instagram is filled with really interesting stuff and advice completely for free. I have been so impressed with them that as long as I can afford it I will be a regular customer! Absolutely amazing. If you’re into this kind of stuff or if you know someone who is and want to get them a gift 10/10 would reccomend!
