My husband had a plan With Grace, I have to say they were so good, very efficient, nothing was to much trouble. very polite on the phone, everything ran very smoothly. I was kept informed of everything, his ashes were returned to me very promptly. Thank you for making this difficult time as easy as you could.

Easy to design order of service using their templates. Lots of designs to choose from.
Printed and delivered the next day.
So all round excellent service

We have recently taken out a plan each for when the time comes. All paid for, and done with 100% efficiency . The gentleman Luke James was most helpful and everything has been covered. I think from past dealings with other concerns 'With Grace' you are to us, the best. X

Absolutely brilliant website and customer care.
I’ve used this website twice and it’s very easy to navigate and create beautiful stationary.
In my case i was able to add my own Indian prayers and mantras for my parents ‘celebration of life ‘ service.
Highly recommended website and the print quality was very good and they made sure I received everything in good time. Reassuring and stress free during a very sad time.

With Grace produced a very nice Funeral service booklet at short notice. It was well printed and delivered when they said it would be.
The on-line layout was relatively easy to use but I would have liked to have been able to be more flexible about some of the detail. Options for changing font sizes and inter-linear spacing would be useful. And the ability to delete those two lines on the back page!

The online design process is really simple to use, I had a question, asked the online chat bot which gave me the answer, but then i also got a follow up email from a human to check everything was OK.

the choice of images in their library is lovely and the ability to easily upload several photos makes the order of service very unique and special.

the next day delivery was spot on (great communication), and they even put the attendance cards in the order of service for us without any additional cost, which we really appreciated.

I'm hoping I won't need their services again for a long time, but when i do in the future, I'll definitely be using them again.

A professional finish. I used one of the templates for an Order of Service for my Sister's funeral. Easy to use, can add photos, hymns, prayers etc. Can share a PDF to others to check if all ok.
Option to print when checking out. I chose to download a PDF to send to my local printer but that was due to the Xmas period and concerns about the postal service. Would use again

The order of service looked lovely- quality paper and vibrant colours. The website was easy to use and the order arrived on time
It would be good to have an option to have multiple photos on a page (or a photo-montage page) and for the memorial card to be laminated.

A lovely way to build your own order of service, allowing for a very personalised product. Very quick delivery and good standard of printing. Slightly 'clunky' to put in and take out text and images and I'd like to be able to preview better as you go along but I've used it twice now and would again. Also a good price compared to other suppliers.

Very simple to design the booklet we wanted after ordering the booklets were delivered within two days.
Phone help was available and very helpful.

This is the second time I’ve used with grace. Beautiful stationary personalised with such a quick delivery. Will always recommend them.

Absolutely excellent, fluent website that made the creation of my Grandads order of service extremely easy. With next day delivery as well it was a massive help getting them sent to me as soon as possible.
