After reading the literature I was given about COOP cremations I found that the face to face conversation between me & Daniel was very easy & straightforward

It was straight forward and explaind well

We tried three times to get a appointment had to put in a complaint to get one after 6weeks we was aknowledged finaly got one but we missed out on the deal and it had gone up paid a extra £400 which we was not happy with we was happy with Pauline who finaly manage it for us

Everything was explained to us went through all the options to us very informative very helpful would recommend

Nice and straightforward, I was arranging a pre-paid plan for my Mum and the agent walked me through proving my LPA and the options available.
A sensitive subject handled with dignitiy.

I spoke to Emma who was lovely. It was a little daunting at first as it is a huge thing to do. However she explained to me exactly what the plan contained and answered any questions that I had. The overall visit was first class and I would recommend them.

Staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. Kept me at ease all the time especially since my wife had passed away in May. Answered all my questions and got me to the plan I was looking for

The lady that came to the house was pleasant and kind and put us all at ease at a difficult time. We were told of different plans and what they entailed in words we understood. Was so easy to decide what was wanted and understand the procedure thanks to the lady (Donna).

It was straightforward enough making the plans and our questions were all answered to our satisfaction. However, I would have liked to know in advance that we would be expected to pay on the day, although in fact this did not present a problem. After making the plans, one set of documents was sent by email and one set by post! I think hardcopies should always be provided as these can be filed in one place with wills and LPAs for executors' use.
On the plus side it is good to know that we can use any Co-op funeral care facility in the country. The service offered for direct cremation is just what we want. We would recommend using the Co-op.

The lady from the Coop funerals came to visit my mum at her home and went through all the details for her funeral. She explained things well. All details and information were emailed to me. Lovely lady who understood that it was a long way for my mum to go to the nearest Coop funeral centre and arrived promptly. Can't praise her enough. Its not a pleasant thing to discuss.
I would recommend Coop funerals.
