Very good service and answered all my questions and smoothed out any problems or concerns. We were so impressed that my husband bought his funeral plan from them too.

So easy and quick to set up the ladie we spoke to was so helpful and easy to talk to about a difficult subject. Put both my wife and myself at ease. And definitely no pressure sales.

My wife and I found the online process very easy to navigate,and very informative. All plans were set out in a way that was easy to understand and any questions you might have were answered. We chose co-op funeral care because of it's reputation of being fair and honest.So it's one more difficult job put to bed, and another task our children wont have to worry about.

It is a big load off my mind to know my disabled wife will have nothing to do or pay.

The ease of deciding not only which company to go with but also which plan to purchase. I had four different quotes and three of them broke down the costings, making it easier to evaluate which of them was the best value. I also found that Hammad ensured that I was fully informed of every part of the plan before proceeding to the next part. The plan also includes informing a third party that takes the stress of doing all of the planning whilst grieving.

Rather than arrange our funeral on line we wanted to discuss this with a human! So that's what we did with Co-op Funeral Service. We were made very welcome when we visited their office and everything was explained in great detail with no pressure. The price was excellent compared to the other Direct Cremation funeral arrangers and everything was included in the price. We were so pleased that we arranged and paid for our funerals there and then. Also the Co-op is well established and our money is covered by FSC Scheme. Hopefully we wont need to use it just
yet! Very pleased and can highly recommend.

Staff were excellent & made it one of the most comfortable things to do .yes it is serious , but ,what a relief to get it done, & with being a co-op member , not as costly as I thought

Cannot fault the considerate and efficient service but was annoyed that my Co-op membership discount was not available to me as Co-op funeral care is not linked to my Central Co-op membership.

I went to the office in maryport as per appointment, my husband was first at 11.30, mine was at 1 pm my husband didn’t come out of the office ice until 1.45 pm. The lady is the most boring long winded person I have ever met. My goodness she is not a people person at all. She sticks to the script like a robot. I couldn’t cope with her at all. if I didn’t know better I would think she was AI generated. I am sorry if I have come across as rude but that is my personal opinion of her. I did my application on line!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The day I went in to pay was my birthday and they had bought a cake for me - complete with candle! And hugs! The whole process of cremation was explained. I would thoroughly recommend Co-op Funeral Services.

A pleasant and helpful young lady. She explaind the process very well, and answered my questions with confience. she was easy to talk to and very friendly.

Simple and easy to arrange. Both my parents had funerals arranged by the Co-op and they were done with great professionalism, which is why I decided to have mine arranged by the Co-op too.
