Absolutely gorgeous garments that always leads me feeling my best and will always reorder when new sets arrive.
When I’ve troubles with mail strikes in the past issues have been quickly sorted and even included a few freebies for the longer wait :)

Beautiful products, true to size and good customer service.

Ordered a set on the 2nd of May from their website, it was clearly in stock. By the 8th as I hadn't received it I chased and was told it would be dispatched the next day.

On the 17th May they informed me it was now out of stock even though it was still being sold on their website.

Spent over £100 and they offered me either a refund or an exchange, before I could make my choice they refunded me.

The owner informed me that one of their stream stresses had to go off on mat leave early, which is fine and understandable, but why lie on the 8th May that it would be shipped out the next day when there was no intention to complete the order.

As such I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, regardless of their nice sets and designs, they have been incorporated for long enough to understand business needs and customer expectations in transparency and honesty and have totally failed on this.

Their mission is "to create a brand that empowers women to self love and feel inspired." but instead they have a brand which devalues customers with dishonesty.

They sent me the wrong size and ignored all my emails. I even private messaged them on their instragram and was blatantly ignored. I gave them almost 2 months but still, no reply. I wish I had paid with paypal so I could claim my money back bcs now I just wasted 100GBP...

They list their sizes as if they do actual bra sizes (32A, 32B etc.) to appear as if they're size-inclusive when they're actually alpha sizes (XS, S, M etc.). All in all, I do NOT recommend this company at all. Very sneaky and NOT honest.

I agree with previous review: "This company have only their own interests at heart rather than looking after their customers!". They will NOT redress their mistake if it means costing them money.

I recommend boux avenue for lingerie. Real bra sizes, very inclusive in sizing (28 and 30 band sizes), great quality, great customer service, beautiful designs.

So first of all a couple things to note: breifs are non returnable, meaning that if you buy a whole set and it doesn’t fit, you’re then left with a random pair of knickers (that you’re not going to wear) that have set you back like £25! Plus postage to send and return.

Pretty shocking considering they could use sticky hygiene labels on the underwear like most commercial places.

The bra didn’t fit so I then bought 2 additional sizes and paid £10 for express delivery, so all in all I am now out of pocket of almost £50 - just to have tried on some lingerie. Return period also a joke.

The lingerie is beautiful - although sizing on the bras is weird. The adjustable straps on the briefs is great!

However, I don’t think I will risk ordering from here again due to the return issues. Not great customer service at all. With all in mind this company have only their own interests at heart rather than looking after those who line their pockets: the customers!

I was trying to find reviews of this company for a while and I'm so surprised that there were none anywhere. The quality of the garments are good, although the metal hooks on some of the items are of a cheaper feeling quality than others. They are hardy though. They are adjustable in the back so are somewhat easy to make fit perfectly to you. When selecting them on the website, they are listed as bra sizes - 34D, 36C, etc, however, they are simply S, M, and L, and just adjustable. This is why I have taken off the one star - as the cup size of each bra is not measured as back and band. The cup on some of them are a little smaller than I would have liked. I also purchased on their Black Friday deal, only for them to even further reduce their prices on actual Black Friday.
